Mike Tyson is speaking for the first time about his fight with an 'overzealous fan' onboard a taxiing plane that was caught on camera. In a video that has since gone viral, the former undisputed heavyweight champion can be seen having an altercation with Melvin George Townsend III after the man allegedly threw a bottle at Tyson prior to take off the night of April 20. After watching the video and interviewing both parties involved, the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office decided not to file any charges in connection to the case. Through his attorney, Townsend has denied throwing a bottle at Tyson and blamed the incident on being 'overly excited.' MyPillow CEO and Donald Trump election warrior Mike Lindell says that he has spent a whopping $30 million to pursue legal efforts that have so far fruitlessly tried to prove widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Lindell told the Guardian that he has used the money to retain approximately 70 lawyers, cyber consultants, private investigators and others to amass "evidence" of a fraud that election officials across the U.S. say never happened. The Minnesota businessman, who inserted himself into national politics by echoing the former president's false claim that the election was stolen from him, spent $500,000 just last month on an Arizona lawsuit filed by two Trump-backed candidates to prevent voting machines that Lindell claims are defective from being used in upcoming elections. According to the Guardian, "Lindell said that he plans to underwrite similar anti voting machine lawsuits in the next few months in many other states including Colorado, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan and Alabama. 'I’d like to file the lawsuits in all 50 states,' he said. 'I didn’t come all this way not to succeed....

Former Vice President Mike Pence will use a speech tonight at the University of Virginia to hit back at students who tried to prevent his appearance and to deliver a defense of free speech on campuses. And to underscore his point he will use the words of Thomas Franklin, UVA's founder, to remind his opponents that free speech is the 'birthright of all Americans.' It comes after the university's student newspaper last month demanded that the invitation to Donald Trump's vice president be withdrawn - one of a string of controversies over who should and shouldn't be allowed to speak at universities. Protests are planned for Tuesday evening to coincide with his visit.  'One of the most troubling developments of this past year has been the Biden administration's wholehearted embrace of the Woke Left's all-encompassing assault on culture and values,' Pence will say, according to excerpts obtained by DailyMail.com. 'I don't have to tell conservatives on any campus in America about the assault on free speech.' He will say he is proud of the Trump's administration's executive order saying every...
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo suggested President Joe Biden was to blame for Russian President Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine during his Friday morning appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference.     'We've seen a Russian dictator now terrorize the Ukrainian people because America didn't demonstrate the resolve that we did for the four years prior,' said Pompeo, who was former President Donald Trump's CIA Director before heading State.   He bragged that the previous administration was more adept than the current one.  'I remember too, I remember we were the barbarians, we were the rubes, we didn't know what we doing,' he told the crowd.  'Pretty competent now.' 'I say that not in joy, but in sorrow, because America demands good leadership and the world is depending upon it,' he continued.  Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo suggested President Joe Biden was to blame for Russian President Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine during his Friday morning appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference Pompeo has been criticized for lauding Putin in the run-up to the Russian president's deadly assault on...
On Sunday, Donald Trump said bluntly that what he wanted out of Mike Pence on Jan. 6 was an overthrow of American democracy. Trump claimed that Pence had the authority to singlehandedly overturn the results of the 2020 election and install Trump as an unelected ruler. But Pence had let him down. ”Mike Pence did have the right to change the outcome,” Trump wrote in a statement, “and they now want to take that right away. Unfortunately, he didn't exercise that power, he could have overturned the Election!” On Friday, Mike Pence finally spoke up to address this claim. He completely denied the assertion that he had the authority to ignore the results of the election, and didn’t shy away from addressing Trump’s claim directly.  “President Trump is wrong,” said Pence at a conference hosted by the ultra-conservative Federalist Society. “I had no right to overturn the election. The presidency belongs to the American people, and the American people alone. And frankly, there is no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American president." “There...

"President Trump is wrong. I had no right to overturn the election," he said in a speech to a gathering of the Federalist Society, a conservative legal group. "There are those in our party who believe that, as the presiding officer over the joint session of Congress, that I possessed unilateral authority to reject Electoral College votes." Win McNamee/Getty Images It’s a day ending in “y,” so of course former President Donald Trump is complaining that he really did win the 2020 election and the only reason he isn’t still president because all these awful mean people stole it from him. On Sunday, he once again focused his ire on  former Vice President Mike Pence for refusing to help him steal it back. Deprived of his Twitter megaphone after the collective social media world recoiled in horror to the violence of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, Trump has been issuing his commentary in tweets from his spokeswoman Liz Harrington and emailed to reporters with the header “Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America.” NEW! President Donald J. Some people just never learn. Delusional MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has made headlines again, this time for arguing that "300 million" Americans belong in jail for election fraud. Of course his comment is outrageous, but what’s even funnier is clearly Lindell failed basic mathematics. As of Jan. 11, the U.S. census reported the U.S. population as 332,425,423. Meaning that according to Lindell’s calculations, almost all of the country belongs in jail. So … in theory, is the rest of the population going to monitor those in jail? First reported by Right Wing Watch, Lindell's remarks were made on Real America's Voice. xMike Lindell has never been more confident about his plan to overturn the 2020 election: "We have enough evidence to put everyone in prison for life, 300 and some million people." Is he planning to imprison basically the entire US population? pic.twitter.com/UYfC1dR7V0— Right Wing Watch (@RightWingWatch) January 12, 2022 "Everything you're gonna see over these next seven months, to get rid of the machines, you're gonna see a Supreme Court case coming out, all these great things, everybody,” Lindell said....

Ohio congressman Jim Jordan has been revealed as the 'lawmaker' who sent a text to Mark Meadows on the eve of the Capitol riot, suggesting a way in which Mike Pence could avoid certifying the November 2020 vote. Jordan, a staunch ally of Donald Trump, confirmed through his spokesman that on January 5 he texted Meadows, Trump's chief of staff, with advice on overturning the election. The text was a three-paragraph summary of a longer legal argument, and had been sent to Jordan by attorney Joseph Schmitz. Jordan then forwarded Schmitz's argument to Meadows. Mike Tyson says that he ‘died’ after smoking toad venom - an increasingly popular psychedelic drug that has been used by celebrities including HGTV star Christina Haack and President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter. Tyson, the 55-year-old former heavyweight boxing champion-turned cannabis entrepreneur, says he has ingested the venom more than 50 times. There have been days he has smoked it as much as three times. Toad venom is an illegal Schedule 1 substance in the United States - meaning that the federal government considers it one that has no medical value but does have high potential for abuse. Proponents of toad venom, including Hunter Biden and Haack, say it has profound spiritual and health benefits. Biden, whose history of drug abuse has long been documented, credits toad venom with helping him stay sober. Other Schedule 1 substances include marijuana, heroin, LSD, ecstasy, and magic mushrooms. CNN’s Ana Navarro said Friday night Donald Trump keeps attacking Mike Pence over the 2020 election because he cannot accept that he is “a loser.” Trump repeatedly pressured Pence to help overturn the election leading up to January 6, and in stunning audio from an interview with ABC News’ Jon Karl, the former president dismissed and downplayed the fact people were literally chanting “Hang Mike Pence!” as they stormed the Capitol. Don Lemon remarked that normally a stunning revelation like that would engender more outrage, but because everyone’s numb to this kind of thing from Trump, “it has sadly become the norm.” “I’m not even sure what the newsworthiness of it is,” Navarro remarked. “It would be news worthy if he had said something differently. But this is Donald Trump. He’s going to be in his death bed and in his last breath he’s going to be blaming Mike Pence for having allowed the election to be stolen from him in a fraudulent way.” The reason he keeps pushing this, she continued, is that “Donald Trump cannot accept that he...
Getty Mike Tomlin looks on from the sideline during the Packers-Steelers game at Lambeau Field. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin shot Aaron Rodgers a loving I-see-what-you-tried-to-do-there look in the early goings of Pittsburgh’s battle with the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Rodgers returned Tomlin’s affection with a nod and a grin. The shared glances immediately went viral and became the exchange seen around the world. The Packers quarterback has been around the block a few times and has a habit of getting free plays simply by snapping the ball as opposing defenses make substitutions. Rodgers saw the Steelers had 12 men on the field and attempted a quick snap. Tomlin saw what was about to go down and got a timeout called before the snap, forgoing what would’ve been a costly too-many-men penalty. Two can play at that game. When ESPN’s Brooke Pryor asked Tomlin at his weekly press conference about the exchange, this is what he had to say: “It’s chess, not checkers. Donald Trump did not know Mike Pence was in danger from the MAGA mob, his defense lawyer claimed Friday, despite Senator Tommy Tuberville saying he told the president that his vice president has been removed from the Senate chamber. 'The answer is no. At no point was the president informed the vice president was in any danger,' attorney Bruce Castor said during the senator Q&A portion of Trump's second impeachment trial.  Republican Senator Mitt Romney, who had a close run in with the MAGA mob on January 6th, posed the question to the prosecution and defense: 'When President Trump sent the disparaging tweet at 2:24 P.M. regarding Vice President Pence, was he aware that vice president had been removed from the Senate by the Secret Service for his safety?' Castor denied Trump knew and said: 'What the president did know is that there was a violent riot happening at the Capitol. That's why he repeatedly called via tweet and via video for it to stop.' But Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro, one of the House impeachment managers, pointed out the storming of...
Sen. Tommy Tuberville said when former President Donald Trump called to ask for help slowing Congress' certification of the 2020 election results, he cut short the conversation, telling Trump that Vice President Mike Pence had been evacuated from the Senate. “He didn’t get a chance to say a whole lot because I said, ‘Mr. President, they just took the vice president out. I’ve got to go,’” Tuberville, an Alabama Republican, told reporters Wednesday. It was scheduled to air on One America News (OAN) four times throughout the day and several other times through the weekend - on 13 occassions in total - after being paid for by Lindell.  However, the network inserted an epic disclaimer before each viewing in which they attempted to distance themselves from the content.  Lindell, 59, was also forced to make several attempts to make the film available to the public through his website, as hosting services such YouTube and Vimeo pulled it from their platforms due to policies regarding the sharing of election misinformation. Donald Trump suggested Monday that Republican Mike DeWine be ousted by the GOP after the Ohio governor acknowledged that Joe Biden won the presidential election. 'Who will be running for Governor of the Great State of Ohio? Will be hotly contested!' Trump tweeted Monday morning. DeWine's current term ends January 2023. The rust belt governor endorsed Trump for reelection, but earlier this week admitted that Biden won the election and urged the president to back down on his legal challenges, accept defeat and allow a peaceful transition. 'The president has every right to go into court, every right to bring any kind of evidence that he has. And no one should begrudge him that or say that there is anything irregular about that,' DeWine told CNN in defense of Trump. 'On the other hand,' he continued, 'it's clear that, certainly, based on what we know now, that Joe Biden is the president-elect. And that transition, for the country's sake, it's important for a normal transition to start through. Donald Trump suggested Monday that the GOP should oust Ohio's Republican...

Upon hearing the news that President Donald Trump — along with first lady Melania Trump — tested positive for the coronavirus, rather than express sympathy and hope for a speedy recovery, a growing chorus of leftists jumped into the fray with giddy reactions to what undoubtedly is a dream come true for them. What were the reactions? Card-carrying Trump-hater Kathy Griffin — who won't soon live down her bloody Trump head stunt or her embarrassing apology for it — was only too happy to pile on with tasteless messages for both the president and the first lady: I’d like to volunteer to be your caregiver. The 2019 season ended in disappointment for the Dallas Cowboys and their massive fan base. The Dallas-based franchise ended their season on a 8-8 record and failed to make the playoffs. The long awaited clash between boxing legends Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. has been thrown into doubt after Jones slammed event organizers for delaying the fight and threatened to pull out. In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com Jones said he had to ‘table bulls**t’ before he agrees to continue with the eight round bout. And he said he would walk away from the exhibition match altogether if he isn’t compensated for the impact the delay will have on his business. Last week digital platform and viral app, Triller, which is hosting the pay-per-view fight in Carson, California, announced the event will be pushed back by 11 weeks from September 12 to November 28. The move is aimed at capitalizing on the holiday weekend and drawing in more viewers for the $49 Pay-Per-View event. Vice President Mike Pence called the Black Lives Matter movement a "radical" organization that supports calls for violence, following weeks of protests demanding an end to systemic racism and police brutality. When asked why he won't use the phrase "Black Lives Matter" on Sunday during CBS News's Face the Nation, Pence said he believes that all lives matter, including the unborn, and cited his anti-abortion stance. He also noted several calls from the movement with which he disagrees. "What I see in the leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement is a political agenda of the radical Left that would defund the police, that would tear down monuments, that would press a radical-left agenda, and support calls for the kind of violence that has beset the very communities that they say that they’re advocating for," he said. The Black Lives Matter movement heightened in activity following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody last month. Protesters have been demanding justice for black Americans killed during interactions with law enforcement. Some demonstrations escalated into deeper movements calling for...
