    BOSTON (CBS) – Comedian Chris Rock will be performing in Boston this week after he was slapped by actor Will Smith on stage during the Oscars on Sunday night. During the awards show, Rock made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith’s shaved head. Pinkett Smith said in the past that she was going to keep her head bald due to her struggles with alopecia. Though Smith laughed about the joke initially, he then walked up to Rock, who was on stage, and slapped him. Upon returning to his seat, Smith yelled obscenities at Rock. The Los Angeles Police Department tweeted that Rock declined to press charges. Smith later won the award for Best Actor for his role in “King Richard.” During his victory speech, Smith did not directly address the incident but made a speech about love and protecting family.     A former social worker who said she was 'groomed, sexually harassed, and pressured for oral sex' by a former Massachusetts judge, will be paid $425,000 by the state trial court in a settlement filed this week that will end one of her lawsuits.    Tammy Cagle became involved with Judge Thomas Estes in 2016 while she was assigned to the Pittsfield Drug Court, where he sat one day a week.  In one of two lawsuits filed by Cagle, she accuses the judge of pressuring her into performing oral sex on him in his chambers in Belchertown, Massachusetts, where he was presiding judge, then claims he pushed her out of the drug court when she tried to end the relationship. Estes, who was married at the time, said their relationship was consensual and denies harassing Cagle or playing in a role in her losing her job.     A Belgian plastic surgeon has been jailed after telling students that women 'don't want to open their legs anymore' in a university lecture. Jeff Hoeyberghs, 60, was given a ten-month prison sentence, half of which is suspended, after the extraordinary 2019 rant in which he said women exist to 'satisfy men sexually and perform household chores'. The TV surgeon, who is qualified in the UK, had been invited to speak by the University of Ghent and the Catholic Flemish Students' Union, with his comments prompting a barrage of complaints.
