    NEW CASTLE, Del. (CBS) – New Castle County police say they’ve arrested a serial peeper. Police say 25-year-old Milck Green was caught several times peering into the windows of a woman’s ground floor apartment at the Castle Brook Apartments. Police say he struck about nine times between May 22 and June 1. Green was taken into custody and transported to New Castle County Police Headquarters where he was charged with one count of felony Stalking and eight counts of misdemeanor Trespassing with Intent to Peer or Peep. Green has since been released on bail.

    A Plainfield man walked into a convenience store with a gunshot wound then collapsed on the ground Saturday night, authorities said Monday. The 28-year-old man went into a Route 22 store in Green Brook Township, told the clerk that he had been shot, then collapsed just after 11 p.m., Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said in a joint release. Medical crews treated the man at the scene before taking him to a local trauma center for emergency surgery. He is listed in stable condition, authorities said. It is not clear where the shooting occurred or what the motive was, authorities said.     Julie Baran, 63, of Green Brook Township died at her home on Sunday, surrounded by her family.  She had lived in Green Brook for the past 21 years. Baran and her husband, Ziggy, operated Warrenville Plumbing & Heating for many years,  Their two sons and a daughter-in-law continue to run the successful family business on Warrenville Road in Green Brook.  Born in Pyrzyce, Poland, Baran and her family moved to the United States in  in 1967. She lived in Irvington until she met her husband. They moved to Queens and later Brooklyn, NY. Baran had many passions in her life including dancing, listening to music, traveling and playing tennis. What brought her the most joy, however, was being affectionately called “Babcia” by her three grandchildren.
