    Today Show anchor Savannah Guthrie announced on the show Monday that she would be taking a few days off this week. The former legal correspondent is undergoing cataract surgery to fix issues from an accident where her son, Charles “Charley” Max Feldman hit her in the eye with a toy. The anchor has had vision issues since then and believed this follow-up surgery would correct them. “Hopefully, next time I see you, I’ll really see you!” Guthrie jokingly told her co-workers. Back in November, the star’s three-year-old son threw a toy train, and it hit the anchor in the eye. Guthrie suffered temporary vision loss due to a detached retina. The Today Show host later had retina reattachment surgery, which restored the loss of vision, although her eyesight was nowhere near where it once was. Since then, the host has had many issues with her sight, some of which have affected her job. The Michael Jordan docu-series will be released on Netflix on Sunday, July 19 after only being available outside the United States. Netflix did not officially announce the time of the release, but most series are available at 3 a.m. on the initial day it is on the platform. The Jordan documentary is expected to reach a new audience after gaining many followers throughout the five weeks new episodes were released on ESPN. Two new episodes were released each week, but Netflix is expected to release all 10 episodes on July 19. The screenwriter and author commented to In Touch Weekly about how Matt has been doing since his very public firing and divorce, as well as touched on his rumored relationship with Shamin Abas. Sheinelle Jones of the third hour of the Today Show took to Instagram on Friday, July 10 to share a sweet birthday tribute in honor of her twins’ 8th birthday. Jones included several different photos of the two children, Clara and Uche, beginning from when they were first born to where they are today, according to Today. Jones, who has three children with her husband Uche Ojeh, took the time to celebrate the joyful day in which she first welcomed the twins into the world. She started out her post with the children as newborns, still in the hospital. The pair were curled up alongside one another on a bed sheet. They looked nearly identical in matching white onesies, still wearing hospital bracelets and anklets as they slept. The mother of two has learned how to multitask better than ever while working from home amid the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Today. Dreyer has a 3 year old son named Calvin as well as an infant son named Ollie whom she welcomed in early January. While it is no easy task to work from home with two little ones, she has learned how to make things work.
