"It's important to really understand the distinction here: President Biden is committed to doing the responsible thing and acting appropriately," White House counsel's office spokesman Ian Sams said on a call with reporters. The White House disclosed Saturday that Biden's lawyers turned over new classified documents that were discovered at Biden's Delaware home. "His team acted promptly to disclose information to the proper authorities and is cooperating fully." Last week the White House disclosed...
President Joe Biden briefly addressed Thursday the revelation that classified documents were improperly stored at his home in Delaware, in addition to at his post-vice presidency office in Philadelphia, vowing to comply fully with the Justice Department's investigation into the matter. Biden fielded questions on the topic after delivering remarks on the latest inflation report, just moments after the White House counsel issued a statement confirming that the new batch of documents were discovered in Biden's garage at his home in Wilmington, Delaware. WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL REVEALS SECOND BATCH OF BIDEN'S DOCUMENTS LOCATED AT HIS WILMINGTON HOME The president told Fox News' Peter Doocy that his team uncovered the documents in a locked garage where his Corvette is stored, in addition to one document discovered in an interior room of the home. The search of both the Wilmington home and the president's Rehoboth Beach home were conducted after classified documents from the Obama-Biden administration were found at Biden's offices at the Penn Biden Center. The documents discovered in Wilmington, like those at the Penn offices, were immediately turned over to...
President Joe Biden answered a question Tuesday about Monday’s revelation that he had taken classified documents home with him and that they ended up at one of his private offices. “Can you explain how classified documents ended up in one of your offices? And should the public have been notified sooner?” asked a reporter for the Associated Press during a joint press conference with the presidents of Mexico and Canada. “And so first, let me get rid of the easy one first. People know I take classified documents, classified information seriously,” replied Biden. “When my lawyers were clearing out my office at the University of Pennsylvania, they set up an office for me. Secure office in the Capitol. When I ran, the four years after being vice president, was a professor at Penn. They found some documents in a box. You know locked cabinet? Or at least a closet,” Biden continued, adding: And as soon as they did, I realized there were several classified documents in that box. And they did what they should have done. They immediately called the...
The executive director of the organization that brought Joe Biden's nuclear waste guru to Minnesota, where they stole a woman's suitcase from an airport baggage carousel, says that her organization will be co-operating with authorities.  Yesterday, DailyMail.com revealed that Sam Brinton, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition, was in St. Paul to attend the Out for Undergrad Engineering Conference. The conference, which seeks to empower LGBTQ college students across the US, was held at the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront hotel in the Twin Cities, where Brinton was staying.   In an exclusive statement to DailyMail.com, Dr. Cindi Love said: 'We will be cooperating fully with authorities regarding any investigation of these allegations and, therefore, we cannot provide additional comment.' Love would not disclose if Brinton, 34, was at the conference on official Department of Energy business.  Brinton was a keynote speaker at the event, which counted the CIA and Raytheon Technologies, among its 'Platinum Sponsors.' Less than a week after that conference, Brinton jetted off to another conference, the Global Clean Energy Action Forum...
Despite the House Jan. 6 committee saying they “fully” expected him to comply with its subpoena amid reports that he’s in talks to testify, Rudy Giuliani cast doubt on his cooperation Tuesday night, claiming the “illegal” committee “can’t subpoena anybody.” Last month, the committee—which is investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection and the events surrounding it—issued subpoenas to Giuliani and three other Trump allies, including “Kraken” lawyer Sidney Powell and Trump legal team member Jenna Ellis. Prior to the Capitol attacks, the trio launched multiple unsuccessful lawsuits to overturn the 2020 presidential election results, basing their legal arguments on unhinged claims of widespread voter fraud tied to dead voters and voting machines flipping votes at the direction of dead communist dictators. (Powell and Giuliani now face billion-dollar defamation lawsuits from voting tech firms Dominion and Smartmatic.) In recent days, however, reports indicated that Giuliani was planning on taking “a less confrontational stance” towards the committee’s subpoenas compared to others within the Trump orbit. Earlier this week, The New York Times reported that despite helping lead Trump’s efforts to overthrow the...

Federal prosecutors have dropped 27 charges against Matt Gaetz's wing man in exchange for his cooperation and testimony in their ongoing sex trafficking investigation into the Republican Congressman.  Joel Greenberg had been facing 33 counts with a maximum of life behind bars but his plea deal, filed on Friday, reveals he has reached a deal to plead guilty to just six of those charges; sex trafficking a child, using a fake ID, identity theft,  wire fraud, stalking and conspiring to commit a crime against the US.  The plea deal doesn't specify what he'll be sentenced to but it does confirm he will cooperate with the ongoing investigation into Gaetz, and testify at court if necessary.  The most severe charge he will plead to is sex trafficking, which has a minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison.   The charges that have been dropped include four domestic violence charges, one sex trafficking charge, nine fraud charges, bribing a public official, and a range of lesser identity theft and fraud charges.  Prosecutors say depending on how much he...
Hunter Biden said he is 'full cooperating' with a federal investigation into his finances and claimed he's never given his father 'a nickel' from his overseas business ventures. President Joe Biden's son is being investigated by the Justice Department for his taxes, which is related to his work in the Ukraine and China. The federal probe began in 2018 and was revealed after the 2020 presidential election. 'They're investigating. I can't really talk about it, other than to say is that I'm fully cooperating, and I'm fully confident that at the end of the day it's all gonna be fine,' Hunter Biden told CBS' 'This Morning' in an interview that aired Monday.  He said his legal team is not working on a plea deal. 'I am absolutely certain that what we're doing is is being completely cooperative with whoever is asking, from any authority whatsoever,' he told CBS' Anthony Mason as part of his publicity tour for his forthcoming memoir 'Beautiful Things.' He also said he's never given Joe Biden 'a nickel' from his business dealings in the Ukraine and...
As the United States moves to inaugurate its 46th president next week, the Department of Defense continues in its mission to defend the American people, our Constitution, allies and interests. Among all government agencies, the DOD holds the most solemn responsibility to conduct a seamless transfer of power from one administration to the next. When it comes to the defense of the country, there is no honeymoon period granted by our enemies for a new administration’s learning curve.  That is why, as the department’s chief of staff and head of the transition (as designated by regulation), I ordered the DOD to fully cooperate with President-elect Joe Biden. That process began Nov. 23, the day the General Services Administration announced transition activities could occur.  BIDEN TRANSITION TEAM PRESSES SENATE TO CONFIRM NATIONAL SECURITY NOMINEES AHEAD OF INAUGURATION The process will continue through next week’s inauguration, where the National Guard will defend the ceremony and participants, with 15,000 guardsmen positioned in Washington to uphold the Constitution and rule of law. More from Opinion Rebecca Grant: Congressional override of Trump’s defense bill veto was...
Former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale’s wife — who ran screaming from their Florida mansion last week after a domestic incident — is now “fully cooperating” with police, according to a report. Candice Parscale, 41, initially downplayed the Sept. 27 episode, during which an allegedly drunk Parscale threatened suicide and barricaded himself inside their Fort Lauderdale home. The wife told police at the scene she had suffered cuts and bruises in a physical altercation with her husband a few days before his meltdown. Two separate police reports described her acknowledging that her injuries came after the fight, according to DailyMail.com. But Candice Parscale later tried to walk back the accusation, telling Politico, “The statements I made on Sunday have been misconstrued, let it be clear my husband was not violent towards me that day or any day prior.” Police cited her remarks in a petition filed at Broward County Circuit Court Wednesday, asking permission from a judge to confiscate Parscale’s stash of 11 shotguns, rifles and handguns. The police probe is ongoing, with officers from Fort Lauderdale’s Investigations Bureau at...

'The statements I made on Sunday have been misconstrued, let it be clear my husband was not violent towards me that day or any day prior,' she told Politico. Despite her sudden about-turn, DailyMail.com can reveal the police probe is still active and that officers from the Fort Lauderdale Investigations Bureau visited the couple's home Thursday afternoon, talking with their hired security team for about 20 minutes.
