A mass labor shortage has left the privileged residents of the Hamptons fending for themselves.  The combination of soaring local rental prices, the ban on temporary work visas and the fact that many hospitality workers are not keen to rush back to their grueling, low paid jobs after generous Covid-19 boosted unemployment, has left many Hamptonites without paid help for the first time.  Some wealthy residents have even been forced to do the unthinkable; mow their own lawns or wash their own laundry. 'I had to buy a lawn mower and cut my own lawn. I wanted flowers planted behind the pool,' one resident posted on the neighborhood app Nextdoor. 'The landscaper didn't show up. I had to do it myself,'  The same person added that their brother had to teach them how to use 'the thing that trims the weeds.'   'Yesterday, I finally did that. I had to take my $800 sneakers off first, but it was actually satisfying,' the resident added. Massive dinosaurs with 'ridiculously long necks' were able to take to the sky and carry large prey while flying due to spoked vertebrae, according to a new study. Pterosaurs, gigantic flying reptiles with impressive wingspans of up to 39ft, lived between 225 million years ago and 66 million years ago and had a massive neck. They stood more than 18ft tall, which is higher than a modern day giraffe, with a neck that stretched to more than 7ft long and a head more than 5ft long. Researchers from the University of Portsmouth used CT scans to examine the fossils and found the vertebrae in the neck were arranged like spokes of a bicycle wheel.  The giant flying reptiles owe their amazing powers to the strange, spoke-like anatomical phenomenon, according to study author Dave Martill, who said it is 'unlike anything seen previously in a vertebra of any animal.' President Joe Biden is facing criticism for continuing to wear a mask despite being fully vaccinated even though his own CDC's guidance says vaccinated people don't have to wear them if they're gathering with others who have received their shots.  Biden has been fully vaccinated for more than two months after receiving his second dose of the Pfizer vaccine on January 11. People are considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving their second vaccine shot, according to the CDC.  The current CDC guidance on mask wearing, which was updated just last week, indicates that fully vaccinated Americans no longer need to wear a mask or social distance if they are gathering with other fully vaccinated people.  It is understood that many in the White House with close proximity to Biden have already been vaccinated.  Biden, however, has continued to wear his mask for photo opportunities in the Oval Office and White House. On many occasions he is joined by Vice President Kamala Harris who is also fully vaccinated.    President Joe Biden is facing criticism for continuing to wear...
