Getty The 49ers' Deebo Samuel before an August 14, 2021 preseason game. Deebo Samuel wasn’t the only one who ended his time away from the San Francisco 49ers on Tuesday, June 7. The 2021 All-Pro was joined by defensive end Nick Bosa and offensive tackle Trent Williams as the 49ers began mandatory minicamp at Santa Clara — giving the 49ers three members of their All-Pro unit from last season back on the same field for the first time since the NFC title game. The talk of day one of mandatory camp was centered on Samuel’s return — who was involved in some offseason tensions with the 49ers from contract talks, to scrubbing his social media pages of 49ers related content all the way to him demanding a trade in April. Samuel, though, made his first public appearance inside the 49ers’ facility since January. But Samuel’s return received this assist: Conversations with an All-Pro. Eat Just’s JUST Egg has two new celebrity investors, Jake Gyllenhaal & Serena Williams. The pair star in a hilarious set of satire-rich ads narrated by Curb Your Enthusiasm’s JB Smoove. According to the ads, their secret to being so strong and sexy is that they eat JUST Egg’s plant-based eggs. The plant-based food market is booming, and research suggests it could make up 7.7 percent of the global protein market by 2030. With a value of $29.4 billion in 2020, experts suggest that the plant-based foods market could have a value of over $162 billion by the end of the decade. For the campaign called ‘Really Good Eggs,’ we see both celebrities starting their days with JUST eggs. Smoove pokes fun at the thought that these celebrities go above and beyond to stay sexy and in shape. And how do they do this? By eating these easy and healthier plant-based eggs. In Gyllenhaal’s ad, he is made out to be a fitness fanatic, eating his plant-based protein-rich JUST Egg breakfast right after just finishing a workout that “only...

In the ultimate sports crossover, former NBA All-Star Deron Williams is set to join the Jake Paul/Tommy Fury card to fight NFL running back Frank Gore.  The UFC has provided a fascinating open forum by which former and current athletes from all forms of sport can come battle it out in the ring. After all, that’s how Jake Paul, who rose to Internet fame through his brother Logan’s YouTube vlogs, has now become a marquee name on premier boxing fight cards. Of course, Paul, who guarantees his wins, strategically picks opponents who are safer bets than others. It’s why Paul is set to take on Tommy Fury on Dec. 18 rather than Tommy’s brother, famous British boxer Tyson Fury.
