The mother named as the prime suspect in the disappearance of her missing 18-month-old son has denied she is hiding from authorities as she slammed protesters who are blocking her driveway. Leilani Simon told WTOC  in a teary interview on Monday how she has had to barricade herself inside her home to hide from protesters. The interview comes after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Leilani had tried to shift the blame on to the boy's biological father, Henry Moss. Chatham County authorities in Georgia have not yet revealed why they blame Leilani, or why local authorities and the FBI are scouring a local landfill for his remains — keeping that information close to the vest to preserve any potential court cases. But the authorities have asserted that the 22-year-old mother is the only suspect in the case even though she has not yet been charged with any wrongdoing. Leilani says she is now being harassed by protesters as the investigation continues, with some even leaving signs like 'Baby Killer' on a memorial she set up outside for her son.  In an interview with...

Lopez was sitting in the passenger seat, police said.  Lopez began a conversation with a man outside the car, but the two began to argue, authorities wrote.  That's when investigators say Lopez pulled out a gun.  The two men struggled briefly before Lopez shot the victim several times, killing him and fleeing the scene in the orange Nova, according to police.  Authorities are asking anyone with knowledge of Lopez's whereabouts to speak up.  Investigators believe Lopez was married to a woman named Elene Vazquez at the time, and that the couple had a daughter named Rosa Linda.  He is listed as 5-foot-5 and 79 years old with brown...

THIS IS the heartbreaking moment Morgan the killer whale leaps from her tank in what animal activists believe was a suicide attempt. Footage that went viral in 2016, shows the orca lying motionless for ten minutes as she beaches herself on the edge of her tank. 3Was Morgan the whale trying to kill herself when she laid on the edge of her tank? Animal activists and worried viewers argued the animal was attempting to take her own life as she was unhappy in captivity at Loro Parque in the Canary Islands. Park keepers however rubbished the video and said it was an "exaggeration" and insisted the behaviour was "completely normal". Killer whales who beach for too long are crushed by their own body weight and die as their vast bulk unbuoyed by water crushes their internal organs. Teal also revealed that the pair had been on several dates in the time that Armstrong had been on the run before her capture on June 29. Getty New England Patriots cornerback J.C. Jackson forces an interception against the New York Jets on January 3, 2021. Many fans argued this talking point before the season and it still holds weight today, should the New York Jets target a shutdown cornerback? Unless you have the utmost faith that Brandin Echols, Javelin Guidry, Isaiah Dunn or Jason Pinnock will figure it out after another offseason in the system, the clear answer is yes. Bryce Hall and Michael Carter II look like NFL starters but the other four above have all been too inconsistent to rely on in 2022. The Jets must sign or draft a number one CB and one publication believes the answer could be a recent franchise-killer. ALL the latest Jets news straight to your inbox! Sir David Amess MP’s suspected killer has been named as Ali Harbi Ali by Whitehall officials speaking to the press, who say they have identified him as the son of a man who worked for Somalia’s government. Harbi Ali Kullane, described as “a former adviser to the prime minister of Somalia” by The Sunday Times, told that newspaper at his sister’s London home that news of his son’s arrest following Sir David’s killing had “traumatised” him. Police are yet to officially confirm the suspect’s reported migration background, with news outlets including the state-backed BBC variously describing him as being of “Somali heritage”, “Somali origin”, or “Somali descent”, citing government and security sources. Efforts by Breitbart London to clarify whether the suspect is a Somali migrant granted British citizenship, a British-born dual national, or an exclusive British citizen from a Somali family with the police have so far been unsuccessful, with Essex Police referring questions to the Metropolitan Police and the Metropolitan Police refusing to elaborate on their description of the suspect as simply “A 25-year-old British man” at this time....

A judge is reviewing potential new evidence in the Mollie Tibbetts murder case after lawyers for the man convicted of killing her claim the college student was abducted as part of an Iowa sex trafficking ring and that a 21-year-old man had allegedly confessed to being her 'real killer'.  Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 27, was scheduled to be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole on Thursday after being found guilty in May over the 2018 stabbing death of the 20-year-old Iowa college student. In a bombshell twist, the judge delayed sentencing and is now reviewing the defense's request for more time and information that they believe will clear their client.   The defense have argued that a man allegedly confessed to two people that he helped kill Tibbetts after she was kidnapped and held at a house used for sex trafficking.  The judge will now decide if prosecutors have to share any information they have on a sex trafficking investigation in the region and a current missing person's case that the defense believe relates to Tibbetts' murder.  ...
