Vladimir Putin bathes in antler blood extracted by painfully hacking off a deer's horns and is 'constantly' accompanied by a doctor specialising in thyroid cancer, reports claim. The Russian president was introduced to the unusual remedy by now-defence minister Sergei Shoigu, and apparently enjoyed a soak in a 'bathtub containing an odorant extract from blood-filled deer antlers' in the mid-2000s. While there is no concrete proof that the antlers of Altai red deer, native to Siberia, help with body rejuvenation, Putin is said to be a fan following recent theories that he declared war while suffering medical problems hidden from the Russian people.  Vladimir Putin with deer in the Tyva region in Siberia, Russia, pictured on holiday on July 20, 2013 The reports come from investigative media Project (or Proekt) media - blocked in Russia and now functioning from abroad. In this article GSPeople walk along Wall Street in the rain on July 08, 2021 in New York City.Spencer Platt | Getty ImagesWall Street firms are playing catch up with employee compensation, boosting pay in the second year of a deal-making and trading boom. That's what Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon conceded on Tuesday during a conference call with analysts to discuss the bank's fourth-quarter results. At one point, shares of the bank fell more than 8% after a jump in quarterly expenses took investors by surprise. Analysts peppered Solomon and new CFO Denis Coleman with questions about the elevated expenses and their expectations for the future. The jump in compensation costs disclosed across Wall Street during 2021 may have surprised analysts because in the prior year, the first of the pandemic, banks showed restraint on compensation. "There is real wage inflation everywhere in the economy, everywhere," Solomon declared, when asked by Deutsche Bank analyst Matt O'Connor if the recent pay gains were "catch-up" raises. "There were definitely places where I think with hindsight and with the constantly evolving environment...

Those files include allegations that Ethan's mother was carrying on an affair while ignoring her son's spiral. School counselors showed Crumbley's parents, Jennifer and James, those messages and drawings just hours before he fatally shot four and injured seven others on November 30.  Their son had allegedly drawn it earlier...

The member of the Royal Family closest to this curious world was Prince Andrew.  More than anyone else, he had enjoyed a serious military career of 22 years, serving as a helicopter pilot in the Falklands War.  In late October 2008, the American ambassador to the Central Asian state of Kyrgyzstan was offered a surprising glimpse of his activities after a business brunch there which the Prince attended (pictured) This gave him an insight into military technology, including both advanced naval ships and aviation. When he left the Navy, he became an ambassador for British trade, with military technology always high on his list of priorities. In late October 2008, the American ambassador to...
