    A teenager is dead and his friend is in critical condition after they stole a Maserati with the keys still in the ignition in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. Florida officials announced on Sunday that 15-year-old Mario Bonilla died in a fiery crash early that morning after his friend, Keondrick Lang, also 15, broke into an unlocked Maserati and drove it at a high rate of speed into the side of a building. The luxury car then flipped over in the collision, and left their other friend, Malachi Daniels, 16 — who was sitting in the back seat — in critical condition.  Lang, meanwhile, is expected to survive, as the Pinellas County Sheriffs Department continues to investigate the fatal crash.     A female Cincinnati police officer has been suspended after using a racial slur to describe a black student who gave her the middle finger.  Rose Valentino was 'suspended' for reportedly calling a black student a 'n***a' after he reportedly flipped her off while she was driving near the Western Hills University High School on April 5.  Police confirmed she will be placed on desk duty while the disciplinary hearing takes place.     An arrested man was left paralyzed after a police officer bodyslammed him onto a concrete floor while he was handcuffed, before being left in a cell without medical help for 20 hours, a lawsuit has claimed. Attorneys for 42-year-old Christopher Shaw, who was arrested in June 2021 for public intoxication and held in a Beaumont jail, filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the Texas city, a police officer, the Jerfferson County Sheriff's office and CorrHealth - the county jail's medical contractor. The suit claims Beaumont Police Officer James Gillen used excessive force against Shaw, and violated his civil rights. Shaw also alleges that CorrHealth ignored his pleas for medical assistance while he was left on the floor injured.     Dashcam footage captured the shocking moment a driver ran a red light and collided with another vehicle, flipped over and landed on a third car after narrowly missing a man on a crosswalk.
