    The brother of professional boxer Isiah Jones has reportedly been arrested and charged for killing the 28-year-old on Monday night. Citing a press release from the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, the Detroit News said Timothy Lyman, 30, got into an argument with his brother Jones and allegedly fired a shotgun at him. Detroit police were reportedly called to a home at about 6.20pm Monday for a report of a shooting, and found Jones unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the face when they arrived. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the press release. Lyman was arrested Wednesday and has now been charged with second-degree murder and a felony weapons offense. Lyman allegedly fled the scene after shooting his brother. 'As soon I got the phone call, I dropped the phone and busted out in tears, and I didn't believe it at first,' his trainer Roshawn Jones, who is not related to Isiah Jones, told CBS Detroit.     An illegal immigrant has been charged with kidnapping a 12-year-old girl who alerted cops to the decomposing bodies of his girlfriend and her son, after she chewed through her restraints. Jose Paulino Pascual-Reyes, 37, drugged the girl with alcohol and has been charged with three counts of capital murder after police in Dadeville, Alabama, made the gruesome discovery. He has also been charged with two counts of abuse of a corpse and one count of first-degree kidnapping according to Tallapoosa County Sheriff Jimmy Abbett. Pascual-Reyes reportedly smothered his girlfriend Sandra Vazquez Ceja, 34, and kicked and punched her son, 14, to death after kidnapping the girl.  He was reportedly deported from the United States previously, and it is not clear when he is believed to have re-entered the country.     The brother of Arthur 'Archie' Eversole, known for the 'We Ready' anthem often played at NFL games as well as at Atlanta's pro soccer team matches, was arrested for allegedly killing the rapper.   Eversole was found with a gunshot wound at a Chevron gas station just east of Atlanta on March 25 and died at a hospital April 3, DeKalb County police said in a statement. Eversole's brother, 41-year-old Alexander Kraus, was initially apprehended at a home near the gas station on assault charges before those were upgraded to murder, DeKalb County police Lt. Shane Smith said in an email.  Kraus was also charged with possession of more than an ounce of marijuana.     Police have charged two men with first-degree murder over the shooting death of a two-year-old boy in Detroit.  Darius Evonte Lanier, 19, and Eugene Meredith Hubbard, 21, were arrested on Saturday in connection with the shooting on Interstate 75 last Thursday evening.  Brison Christian, two, was shot and killed while sitting in his car seat as his dad drove his older brother, nine-year-old BJ, home from basketball practice. BJ also suffered injuries in the shooting, but is expected to make a full recovery.  Prosecutors believe Lanier and Hubbard shot at the Christian's truck because it was a similar make and color to a vehicle they were intending to target.   'The Christian family were completely innocent victims. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said Emma Presler, 18, was charged Monday with murder in the death of Sierra Rhodd. According to authorities, dozens of gunshots were fired late Sunday outside Rhodd’s home near Houston, and she was struck by gunfire that went through her bedroom window. Her parents and younger brother, who were also inside the house, were not injured. Multiple shooters were reported outside the home, and Gonzalez said the investigation was ongoing. He said detectives believe the shooting was related to a feud between a group of people and Rhodd’s 15-year-old brother, and that Rhodd was not the intended target.     DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – A 32-year old Dallas man was charged with murder after he shot and killed his 44-year-old sister Wednesday, police said. Officers found the victim, Rosario Maria Luna, suffering from a gunshot wound in the 5200 block of Parry Ave. Luna was taken to a nearby hospital where she died from her injuries. Police arrested Heriberto Luna the next day. He’s currently incarcerated at the Lew Sterrett Jail on the felony of the first degree charge. A Dallas County Magistrate will determine his bond.
