    A man in Chicago’s Uptown area has been accused of throwing a naked woman to her death from an apartment window on Wednesday. “‘I threw the b*tch out the window,’ Tyson Tillman said in a phone call from the police station, according to prosecutor James O’Connor, a comment allegedly captured on a Chicago police officer’s bodyworn camera,” CWB Chicago reported Sunday, adding the victim was identified as Tabitha Tanner. Tillman arrived at the building on North Magnolia late that evening and his girlfriend appeared nearly 40 minutes later, O’Connor explained. Doorbell cameras reportedly showed the man’s girlfriend in the hallway, and just before 11:00 p.m., an outside camera caught the moment Tanner’s body fell to the ground in an alleyway behind the building.     A New York man who led a wild police pursuit dragging and almost hitting officers barricaded himself in a Bogota apartment bringing the Bergen County SWAT team to the scene before jumping out a third floor window, authorities said. Trouble started for 36-year-old Christopher A. Batista last week when management from The Atwater apartment complex reported a suspicious involving his rent pay, Bogota Police Sgt. Geoffrey Cole said. Officers stopped Batista later that day, and but he gave police a fake name and license, Cole said. He then fled in his 2020 BMW 740.  The officer completed charges against him for obstruction, eluding and resisting arrest and he was a wanted person.     NORTHBORO (CBS) – A man was found dead in a fire at an apartment building in Northboro early Friday morning. Firefighters were called to the house on Maple Street around 4:20 a.m. and they found heavy flames shooting out of a second floor window. “The captain described it as flames 20-to-30 feet blowing out the front window. That’s some significant fire involvement,” Northboro Fire Chief David Parenti told reporters. The chief said firefighters also didn’t hear any smoke detectors going off. The residents later said there were no detectors in their apartments. The house on Maple Street after the fire early Friday.     A man who was banned from a West Chester apartment complex was arrested after he revisited the complex to peep into a resident's window, authorities said. The male victim told arresting officers that Mahmoud S. Hany, 44, was banned from Wyntre Brook Apartments on Phoenixville Pike a year earlier for looking into his window, just as Hany was on May 31, West Whiteland police Det.     Fast-acting police officers in Westchester jumped to the rescue to help save an elderly man who thrust himself out of an apartment window in the middle of the day. First responders from the Harrison Police Department jumped into action at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 28 when an elderly resident was spotted hanging out of an exterior window on the sixth floor of a town apartment building in an attempt to commit suicide. Police said that an officer was flagged down by a neighbor, notified police headquarters, and a training officer who was patrolling the area offered an assist in the rescue.     Connecticut State Police are investigating a suspicious death after a man was found dead on the ground while police were serving a warrant.  The incident took place around 2:54 a.m., Thursday, April 8, when detectives from the state police were requested by the Bridgeport Police to investigate an untimely death at an apartment during the execution of a search warrant by the department's narcotics unit, said the state police. During the investigation, state police learned that Bridgeport police officers entered the apartment and were inside for a short period of time with a woman before an officer looked out an open window and discovered a man lying on the ground, having apparently jumped out of the window from an elevated height, state police said. The man, identified as Wilfredo Alvarado, 48, died as a result of his injuries. The case is currently under investigation by the state police.  This is a developing story.     An intoxicated Bogota men who locked himself out of his garden apartment fell and was severely injured trying to climb a fire escape to his window, authorities said. Unable to get in, the 51-year-old victim got two stories up before falling outside the apartment complex on West Fort Lee Road, near River Road, around 10 p.m. Tuesday, they said.     A NY man was arrested after police say he peered through the window of Morris County apartment while a woman was changing a toddler’s clothes. Elmer Alarcon-Guerra, 30, was seen looking into a window at Eagle Rock Apartments in Budd Lake while a woman was changing the toddler’s clothing on March 3 around 8:30 p.m., Mount Olive police said. Alarcon-Guerra, of Endicott, NY, then tried to move up against the wall to avoid being seen, police said. The woman contacted police and the man, who fled in a silver SUV, was tracked down a short time later and placed under arrest, authorities said.     A four-hour standoff with an Anaheim shooting suspect ended with a SWAT team, a police dog and a leap from a two-story window.     MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead early Friday morning. Police were called to 5945 Northwest 19th Avenue in Brownsville around 12:50 a.m. According to investigators, a woman inside one of the apartments shot and killed a man who tried to go through her window. The man died on the scene and police have not identified him yet. Police put up crime scene tape for several hours as they investigated the shooting.
