Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill (R) is setting the record straight about MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's recent voter fraud conspiracy claims. According to AL.com, Lindell, who has been a diehard supporter of former President Donald Trump's claims of widespread voter fraud, recently claimed the state of Alabama had over 100,000 votes "flipped" in President Joe Biden's favor. Lindell reportedly made the claims on his recent tour. The deranged CEO has visited multiple states to "prove the election was stolen from Trump via computer manipulation," the publication reports. "This was the one time we're going to have to do a little bit of a deeper dive here. On the surface you can't see where it happened," Lindsell said. "What I guarantee they've had to do in Alabama is the bad people…went deeper into the well. Very deep into the well of how they did the flips." When Lindell made a stop in Alabama on Sunday, September 19, he claimed the state was a "role model as to how elections should go," its voting systems was "hacked…just like every other...

You can’t influence them through a cell phone or a landline. There’s no way they can be probed or numbers manipulated,” Secretary of State John Merrill told AL.com. “We didn’t have any vote changes. Zero. It’s not possible to have any vote changed,” he added. Lindell, a Trump ally, made the claim while touring states as part of an effort to prove that the election was stolen from Trump because of computer manipulation, AL.com noted. In a video...
Kelly Loeffler wouldn't say Sunday whether she will join the 'dirty dozen' Republican senators planning to block Congress from certifying the election for Joe Biden on January 6 – as Donald Trump pushes claims at least 40,000 Georgia votes weren't counted for him. 'I've said from the start, everything is on the table here, and I'm seriously looking at that,' Loeffler told 'Fox News Sunday' host Brett Baier when asked about Senator Ted Cruz leading an effort by 12 senators to challenge the Electoral College results. Trump continued pushing on Sunday morning a disputed claim that thousands of Georgia votes were flipped from him to Joe Biden in the presidential election and another 30,000 were completely removed. 'Georgia election data, just revealed, shows that over 17,000 votes illegally flipped from Trump to Biden.' @OANN This alone (there are many other irregularities) is enough to easily 'swing Georgia to Trump'. #StopTheSteal @HawleyMO @SenTedCruz @Jim_Jordan', Trump posted to Twitter. Data scientists testified Wednesday that Georgia's election data shows more than 30,000 votes were removed from Trump and another 12,173 were switched to...
An elections expert alleged that the Dominion tabulating machine flipped votes from President Donald Trump to Democratic candidate Joe Biden in Ware County. It was estimated that the percentage of mis-applied votes, if distributed across the rest of the state, would be slightly greater than Biden’s lead over Trump. Constitution Party of Georgia Elections Director and Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VOTERGA) Co-Founder Garland Favorito was called to testify this information during the State Senate hearing this week. Favorito obtained an email from Ware County Elections Supervisor Carlos Nelson, confirming that the audit discovered 37 votes that were incorrectly assigned to Biden instead of Trump. In an interview with The Georgia Star News, Favorito explained that the information didn’t indicate which machine flipped the votes – just that the mistake occurred. “We did find that they had flipped votes – we didn’t have to obtain the machine to figure that out. The hand count showed that they had flipped votes somewhere in that county,” he said. Favorito explained that he’d been...
Attorney Sidney Powell speaks at a press conference on election results in Alpharetta, Georgia, U.S., December 2, 2020.Elijah Nouvelage | Reuters Sidney Powell's Kraken needs an editor. Despite being cut loose from Trump's legal team, Powell is forging ahead with her election-conspiracy crusade to overturn Joe Biden's presidential win. But the conservative attorney's self-described Kraken keeps getting its tentacles tied in a knot of typos and errors — including the recent backwards claim, later amended, that a pernicious voting algorithm took votes from Biden and flipped them to President Donald Trump. Powell corrected the error later Friday, citing CNBC as she explained the mistake to a federal appeals court, which she is asking to decertify the results of Georgia's presidential race. The initial, mixed-up message claimed in a filing that "machine-controlled algorithms deliberately run by Dominion Voting Systems ... generally took more than 2.5% of the votes from Mr. Biden and flipped them to Mr. Trump for a more than 5% fraudulent vote increase for Mr. Biden." That claim — that votes had been improperly handed to Trump, which somehow...
The Georgia Kraken, when arguing on Friday that the Eleventh Circuit has jurisdiction to hear its appeal, said Dominion Voting Systems rigged the election against Joe Biden. The assertion can be found in the first paragraph of Sidney Powell and Lin Wood’s background presentation of their case. “[T]here were all imaginable varieties of voting fraud,” appellants said, “including machine-controlled algorithms deliberately run by Dominion Voting Systems that generally took more than 2.5% of the votes from Mr. Biden and flipped them to Mr. Trump for a more than 5% fraudulent increase for Mr. Biden.” To be clear, this line says that Dominion took votes from Biden and gave them to Trump—to increase Biden’s vote. That’s an … interesting theory and “epic fail.” Whoops. The latest legal filing from former Trump attorney Sidney Powell in her Georgia lawsuit accuses Dominion voting machines of flipping votes from Biden to Trump — which would mean the president gained fraudulent votes. Most Californians may have moved on from the stress and uncertainty of the 2020 election but the work of tallying votes and certifying results is still ongoing in the Golden State. In fact, on Friday the Associated Press just called an extremely tight race for a Central Valley congressional seat that Republican David Valadao won back after being defeated two years ago by Democrat TJ Cox to represent District 21 in the U.S. House — one of at least three House seats the GOP reclaimed in California this year. Here are a few key deadlines and a look at other close races where there isn’t yet a key winner. Dec. 1 — Counties must report the final results of the presidential contest to the California Secretary of State. Dec. 4 — Counties must report the final results of all other state and federal races to the California Secretary of State. Dec. 11 — The Secretary of State will certify the results. Dec. 14 — The Electoral College convenes to formally choose the next president. So counties can still count ballots?...
It looks like there is a new winner in an election that has already been called for a seat in the Connecticut State House.  Updated, unofficial results show that the winner of the 90th House District in the Nov. 3 election is incumbent Rep. Craig Fishbein, R-Wallingford. Previously, the win had been called for Democrat Jim Jinks. The updated vote tally has Fishbein beating Jinks by 21 votes, according to the CT Mirror. Due to the slim margin, an automatic recount will take place on Thursday, Nov. 12. The updated vote tallies are the result of the Wallingford town clerk discovering there was no record in the state’s reporting system from the Yalesville elementary school. The updated vote tally is: Fishbein - 7,058 votes, Jinks - 7,037 votes.
An apparent software error in Michigan flipped close to 6,000 votes for Donald Trump into Joe Biden’s column before officials noticed and corrected the mistake. As the Detroit Free Press reported, the incident took place in Antrim County which discovered major errors after they had been sent to the Secretary of State’s Office. The report noted that the initial numbers showed the Democratic candidate in the lead, which would have been a highly unusual result in that area of Michigan. “Political observers had expressed shock early Wednesday when the county transferred numbers to the state showing Biden beating Trump by about 3,000 votes. Antrim is a Republican stronghold where local GOP officials have mostly run unopposed in recent elections,” the report noted. Sheryl Guy, the county clerk where the incident took place, told the outlet that officials had initially forwarded on the results without checking them, but they later realized that the final results showed Biden in the lead. Guy said the situation was likely a combination of a software glitch along with some level of human error. The corrected...

Although the former vice president is, as of Wednesday night, on the precipice of victory in the Electoral College, with several states poised to finalize a count that would put him over the top, the race remains officially uncalled. But while it’s too early to name a winner, it’s certainly not too early to examine some key results in the places that denied Democrats the presidency four years ago—and that now stand ready to make Biden the 46th president of the United States. Four years ago, Trump won the presidency on the margin of three states—Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania—by a combined 77,744 votes. It was, to use poker terminology, an “inside straight,” the...
Unsurprisingly, New Jersey remains blue. Democrat Joe Biden easily won the Garden State in the presidential election with nearly 61% of votes counted. Roughly  37.9% of New Jerseyans voted in for President Donald Trump.  Where did those votes come from, and which counties shifted from red to blue since the 2016 Election? This year, voters in five NJ counties supported Trump (the first number is the percentage of county voters in favor, the second is the estimated percentage of votes counted so far): Cape May: 56.1%, 88% Ocean: 61.7%, 86% of votes reported Salem: 53.7%, 77% Sussex: 53% in favor of Trump, 33% of estimated votes reported Warren: 52%, with 62% of estimated votes reported Morris, Hunterdon, Monmouth and Gloucester counties voted red for Republican in 2016.  This presidential year, they flipped to blue for Biden.
CHICAGO (CBS) — Outside of Illinois, there are a half a dozen states that could decide this presidential race, including our neighbors to the north in Wisconsin. CBS 2 Political Investigator Dana Kozlov explains why. A reason Wisconsin could be so critical this year is because of how narrowly President Donald Trump won the state in 2016, by just under 24,000 votes, or less than one percent of the total vote, in large part because of how many counties went from blue to red.
