Adam Levine's former yoga teacher who accused him of sending her a dirty text tells how she was cut off and treated like trash by the singer after she confronted him about the unwelcome message.  'This isn't about a love affair or a salacious text, it's about being a decent human being. Friends don't treat each other like used trash, and that's how he treated me,' Alanna Zabel, 49, tells DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview.   Zabel, who trained the Maroon 5 frontman from 2007 to 2010, alleges Levine said he wanted 'to spend the day with you naked' and bragged to his friends about how she had 'the best a** in town and it was cute.' She claims her then-boyfriend saw the message, became violent and flew into a jealous rage, snapping her wrist. '[Levine]knew what I was going through with my then-boyfriend who became abusive, and instead of responding to my text, he simply cut me off,' she said.   Alanna Zabel taught Adam Levine yoga from 2007-10, after the Maroon 5 frontman's personal trainer said he should try the...
A man who stole a plane and threatened to crash it into a Mississippi Walmart did not have a pilot's license or any experience landing aircrafts, it was revealed by authorities.  Cory Wayne Patterson, 29, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and making terroristic threats following the erratic flight that took off from Tupelo Regional Airport on Saturday. Tupelo Police chief John Quaka said during an afternoon press conference that while Patterson - an airport employee whose job involves refueling planes - does have some flight instruction, he does not have a pilot's license.  But Patterson's employment at the airport gave him access to the twin-engine Beechcraft King Air C90A that he is accused of stealing and circling in the air for five hours over unnerved Mississippians.  A local Walmart was evacuated just after 5:20am after Patterson called 911 and reported that was going to fly the plane into the store, Quaka said. After several hours in the air, Patterson finally crash landed safely in a soybean field where police arrested him. Cory Patterson, 29, was arrested and charged with...
The South Sudanese diplomat accused of rape is a drunk who once attempted to instigate a racially motivated fight against a white neighbor who attempted to wake him from a drunken stupor, DailyMail.com can reveal.   That incident occurred outside of the Bronx building where he is now accused of forcing his way into a neighbor's apartment and sexually assaulting her - only to flee thanks to his diplomatic immunity status.  Charles Dickens Imene Oliha, 46, lives in the building near 191st Street in upper Manhattan with his wife and their four young children.  A neighbor, Melvin, said Oliha and his wife regularly would sit outside the apartment building on foldable beach chairs drinking together, sometimes with their two daughters.  Melvin said: 'One time, we saw him passed out and my friend went to wake him up. The guy woke up and started wildin' out. My friend, cause he's white, gets called a racist and stuff. The guy started wanting to fight him calling him a racist and all 'a that. We had to separate them.' He also commented about the suspect's...
Fourteen children at a Long Island park were left injured after an inflatable bounce house suddenly collapsed on them at an end-of-the school-year party. One of the kids, who were all ages six and seven, suffered a broken leg from Tuesday's incident at Wyandanch Park in the hamlet of Wyandanch, New York.  The Wyandanch School District hosted the party for the elementary school students, according to Suffolk County Police.  It did not end well for four other children as they had to be taken to hospital. Most injuries sustained from the incident, however, were minor. It remains unclear if the bounce slide was installed properly or if weather conditions played a factor into the collapse.   Several children out of of the 14 that were on the massive inflatable slide at the time that it collapsed were thrown into the air and landed on hard-surfaced tennis courts in the surrounding area, according to a witness.  'He flew like 15 feet up in the air and landed right by the gate there,' Stacey Brown told CBS New York. 'I'm just praying they are...
One of Bill Clinton's former special advisors who helped cement his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein has died at the age of 59, becoming the latest associate of the former President to die young. Mark Middleton's family said that he passed away on Saturday in a statement which did not reveal the cause of death. The father-of-two lived in Little Rock, Arkansas, and local law enforcement and the county coroner told DailyMail.com that they were not investigating the death and did not respond to it. The Middleton family did not reply to requests for comment. Middleton had for decades run an air conditioning business in Little Rock but in the 1990s he was a special advisor to Clinton and finance director on his Presidential campaign. During that time Middleton admitted Epstein to the Clinton White House on seven of the at least 17 times the late pedophile visited. Middleton also flew on Epstein's plane and appears to have acted as a conduit between the two men. Mark Middleton's family said that he passed away on Saturday at the age of 59...

Brian Laundrie's lawyer has claimed the fugitive flew home to Florida 'to empty a storage unit' five days after he and Gabby Petito got into a physical fight in Utah - before then rejoining his fiancee just two days before she made her final phone call to her family. Attorney Steve Bertolino told Newsday Tuesday that Laundrie, 23, took a commercial flight from Salt Lake City, Utah to Tampa, Florida, on August 17. Five days later, on August 23, Laundrie then took a return flight 'to rejoin Gabby' for the remainder of their trip.  Bertolino said the purpose of the fleeting visit was to pick up some items and close the storage unit because the young couple were thinking of 'extending the road trip' which was due to end in Oregon in October.    But the trip was in fact cut short, with Laundrie driving the couple's white campervan back to his family's home in North Port, Florida, on September 1 while Petito's body was discovered in a park in Wyoming over two weeks later on September 19.  Brian Laundrie and Gabby Petito...
The U.S. called on China to end its aggressive tactics against Taiwan on Monday after Beijing flew 52 aircraft into the island's airspace, triggering a diplomatic war of words.  The sortie of 34 J-16 fighters and 12 H-6 nuclear-capable bombers was the biggest yet as tensions increase in the South China Sea.  'The United States is very concerned by the People's Republic of China's provocative military activity near Taiwan, which is destabilizing, risks miscalculations, and undermines regional peace and stability,' said State Department spokesman Ned Price. 'We urge Beijing to cease its military, diplomatic, and economic pressure and coercion against Taiwan.' China claims the self-ruled island as its own territory and has made increasingly aggressive moves in the region. It refuses to recognize the Taiwan government and has tried to isolate the administration of President Tsai Ing-wen.  In response to the State Department, Beijing angrily accused the U.S. of supporting 'separatist forces' backing an independent Taiwan, according to Reuters.  Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said China's determination and will to defend its national sovereignty and territorial integrity were unwavering. ...
Famed R&B singer R. Kelly once made two of his girlfriends fight at a party after he saw them twerking for cake at a birthday party, and would make them turn to face the elevator doors if a man walked into the room while they were there, a former assistant testified on Tuesday. 'He didn't like that they were twerking for cake,' Suzette Mayweather, who worked as one of Kelly's assistants said at a federal court in Brooklyn on Tuesday, as the trial into Kelly's sex crimes continues. She said that at a January 4, 2016 party Kelly had two of his girlfriends 'get on each other' or fight. Later, the Daily Beast reports, she said she could hear the girls 'laughing or screaming' and 'thumping' noises coming from upstairs, which she believed was them fighting. Kelly reportedly later told her that while the birthday party only included females, he was upset one of his girlfriends' cousins 'leaned more on the masculine side.' Mayweather is now the fourth former employee to take the stand against the Grammy Award-winning singer, all...

A heavily modified drone which led helicopters from Customs and Border Protection and the Tuscon Police Department on a high-speed chase through the skies of Arizona was able to 'perform like no other [drone]' at speeds of up to 100mph, an official report says. The report from Tucson police reveals how the drone flew into the path of a US Customs and Border Protection helicopter on at 10:30pm on February 9, and orbited it several times. It then fled at high speed, leading the CBP chopper and another brought in from the Tuscon Police Department in a circular, hour-long chase.  At one point it even entered into restricted military airspace at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, which is about five miles outside of Tucson. The FBI are now investigating the incident.  The drone never hit the CBP chopper but it 'was flying dangerous close', and sparked a chase as multiple law enforcement agencies tried to track it to find the people who were piloting it. FBI officials told KOLD that the drone was capable of reaching 14,000 feet and speeds over 100mph with a range...

It has now emerged that on the morning of his death, a private Gulfstream jet carrying a team of Saudis made a stopover in Cairo on its way to Istanbul, Yahoo! News reports.  According to notes taken by Turkish Embassy officials who sat in on a private trial of the suspects, the men stopped in Egypt to pick up a dose of narcotics that later killed Khashoggi. It is unclear what the drugs contained or who provided them at Cairo International Airport in the early hours of October 2, 2018.   A team of Saudi assassins flew to Cairo to collect 'illegal' drugs used to kill journalist Jamal Khashoggi (above in 2014) from their alleged Egyptian accomplices, evidence suggests Khashoggi was killed and dismembered, allegedly with a...

It is unclear how many other flights carrying migrant children came into Tennessee prior to these documented incidents on May 11 and 14. A source who was on the flight informed The Star that they encountered a man chaperoning 10 to 15 migrant children between the ages of 10 and 14 onto an American Airlines flight. The chaperone was described as a bilingual Hispanic male wearing street clothes, speaking fluent Spanish to the children and English to the source – he’d chatted with our source for around 45 minutes at a ticket counter. The chaperone informed our source that he was “escorting all these young men to Chattanooga for a shelter.” The group of migrant children reportedly had new-looking cell phones, clothes, shoes,...
The FBI is searching for the operator of a 'heavily-modified' drone that flew into the path of a US Customs and Border Protection helicopter, orbited it several times and led it on a high-speed chase over Tucson, Arizona.  The drone never hit the CBP chopper but it 'was flying dangerous close' around 10.30pm on February 9, the FBI said in a Thursday statement, which prompted a futile, multi-agency manhunt for the person or people who were piloting it.   FBI officials told Tucson TV station KOLD that the drone - which was capable of reaching 14,000 feet and speeds over 100mph with a range of 70 miles - 'orbited' the helicopter several times and then led the helicopter on a circular, hour-long chase.  The FBI said the drone made 'erratic maneuvers' and strayed into military airspace above the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, which is about five miles outside of Tucson.  Officials described the drone as 'high-powered' and 'heavily-modified' but did not explain what modifications had been made to it.   The drone is said to have a single green light on its underbelly, estimated...

DEAR ABBY: Recently, I kindly and lovingly gave my daughter some feedback on how she berates her husband in front of my 8-year-old grandson. I told her I didn’t want him to grow up thinking that’s how we treat the people we love. Jeanne Phillips  To make a long story short, she said that if I wanted to estrange myself from her, I had succeeded. I remained calm and loving and told her she could use the feedback if it was helpful, or ignore it if it wasn’t. She has now blocked me! My daughter has had no compunction over the years about informing me about my shortcomings but went into a rage when I spoke about her behavior. SUSANVILLE (CBS13) – A Honolulu woman who flew to Sacramento last November is accused of possessing and conspiring to smuggle heroin into the High Desert State Prison in Susanville, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott announced on Thursday. The Department of Justice said in a news release on Thursday that Arlene‑Alena Keko Olani, 29, conspired with an inmate to fly from Honolulu to Sacramento, get heroin and try to pass them on to the inmate during a visit at the prison. Investigators said Keko Olani landed in Sacramento on November 15 and she arrived at the prison the next day with heroin on her person and in her rental car.
