Prince Harry's memoir will not be published until next year, it has now been claimed - as a source close to the Sussexes reportedly sought to dismiss speculation the Duke was  pushing to have it released in November as planned.  The book, which has cast a long shadow over the Royal family for months, was originally scheduled for release in 'late 2022', possibly around Thanksgiving to cash in on the Christmas market.  But the Queen's death on Thursday threw these plans into confusion, amid warnings going ahead with publication this year would be seen as disrespectful to the late monarch.  A source close to the Sussexes told The Telegraph that the memoir would not now come out as planned as Harry and Meghan respect a mourning period that is likely to last well beyond the official ten days.  Delaying the publication would allow Harry to update the book throughout, with additional chapters on his grandmother's death.   Prince Harry's book, which has cast a long shadow over the Royal family for months, was originally scheduled for release in 'late 2022', possibly...

The royal family are known for their love of novelty Christmas presents—lavatory seats, comedy mugs and singing toy hamsters have all been reported over the years—but the Royalist assumes Queen Elizabeth won’t be unwrapping a copy of Prince Harry’s big chunky hardback memoir which promises to be a “heartfelt and intimate” account of his life in the royal family this festive season. Millions of her subjects, however, probably will, after reports Monday that the memoir has been finished, handed in to the publishers, and signed off by lawyers. There had been speculation that the memoir had been delayed or even cancelled as the publishers have not yet given a date for publication or announced a publicity schedule. However there now seems every possibility that Penguin Random House will indeed have the book on shelves in time for the key Thanksgiving and Christmas markets. The Sun reports that ghostwriter JR Moehringer, who co-authored Andre Agassi’s autobiography Open,...

London (CNN)Every family has its breakdowns, but the outside world doesn't usually hear about them. The royal family doesn't like to air its dirty laundry in public either, traditionally preferring to adopt Queen's mantra of "never complain, never explain." So, when there's a wobble in that stiff upper lip, people lap up every detail. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex exposed a major schism in the Windsor clan in March, and gave their story to the world's most high-profile interviewer, Oprah Winfrey. Much has been written about their revelations. But most of it has been from the Sussex point of view -- because it's pretty much all we have. There have been indications from the palaces that suggest disquiet, but unofficial policy has been to "retain a dignified silence" in the face of the allegations against the family, ranging from racism to neglect.Emily Nash, royal editor at Hello! Magazine, says there's "no doubt the Oprah interview had a huge impact on the family and the institution." "I think there was a lot of hurt on both sides," she tells CNN,...
