The infamous Kim Kardashian sex tape was ‘released like an album’ by Kim herself who kept the only copy of it stashed in a Nike shoebox under her bed along with the rest of the steamy tapes she made with Ray J, DailyMail.com has learned. Speaking for the first time about the tape in a bombshell interview with DailyMail.com, Ray J said he had never possessed a copy of any of the tapes they made together, only holding on to photos and texts Kim sent him between 2002 and 2009. He also insists he never did any of the things she claims he did in the Kardashians’ new Hulu show and was outraged by her suggestion he might have a video showing him ‘sticking a dildo in my a**’ – which he says made him sound ‘like a rapist’ and was untrue. And in a private text message to Ray J, seen below, Kim admits: 'If you’re upset about the dildo comment it was clearly a sarcastic joke and I was laughing when I said it.' 'I have never leaked...
The ex-boyfriend of a missing Florida mother, whose body was found buried in a shallow grave in Alabama over the weekend, allegedly sent text messages to the woman's family members after her disappearance a week ago, claiming that she had asked him to 'drop her off in the middle of nowhere.'  Law enforcement officers recovered the remains of 37-year-old Cassie Carli on Saturday night in a barn in Springville, Alabama, located some 300 miles away from Navarre Beach, Florida, where she was last seen alive.   Marcus Spanevelo, 34, Carli's ex-boyfriend and the father of her 4-year-old daughter, Saylor, was arrested in Tennessee on Sunday on charges of evidence tampering and giving false information. According to text message and Facebook messenger exchanges between Spanevelo and Carli's family members prior to the discovery of her body, the man claimed that Carli had been 'acting crazy' and asked him to drop her off somewhere in Destin, Florida, where her friend lived. Months after Barry Morphew was arrested for his wife’s murder, a trove of evidence has been released, providing further insight into the couple’s tumultuous marriage and the alleged efforts by Morphew to kill his wife and conceal his role in it. A county judge who is presiding over the case ordered the release of some evidence, later obtained by KXRM-TV, including videos, photos, data, and audio clips that were displayed in court during a preliminary hearing late last year. During the hearing in August, prosecutors said that the couple was arguing two days before 49-year-old Suzanne Morphew vanished. The mother of two had been exchanging texts, selfies, and audio messages with an alleged lover before her mysterious disappearance, and prosecutors allege that her fuming husband discovered the messages and killed her, although her remains have not been found. Prosecutors said that Suzanne snapped a photo of herself at home sunbathing which she sent to her alleged lover, who replied and then never heard back from her. A spy pen found in the closet of Morphews’ bedroom contained audio clips...

Among the thousands of documents that were presented at Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes fraud trial were the lovesick text messages she and Sunny Balwani, her alleged abuser, exchanged before their Silicon Valley empire crumbled around them.  Holmes sought to blame Balwani for her crimes, but was convicted of four charges - one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and three counts of wire fraud. She was cleared of three other charges, with jurors continuing to debate another three on Monday night.   The texts between Holmes and her ex show how - before she reported to authorities that Balwani abused her into committing fraud - she considered him her 'king', her 'tiger' and the man she would build a future with.   They go from optimistic declarations of love in 2014 - 'This is our year. We can never forget it tiger... for our kids never forget who we are' - to panicked discussions in 2015 about internal staff complaints, FDA clearances and the 'challenges' ahead.  An interview with a Theranos assistant was also included and detailed how both Balwani and...
A student who leapt to his death from the roof of a parking garage just hours before he was set to graduate from Boston College had been goaded into it by his girlfriend, who spent a year-and-a-half bombarding him with emotional, psychological, and physical abuse. Inyoung You, prosecutors said, “waged a campaign of abuse that stripped the victim of his free will.” On Thursday, the 23-year-old You accepted responsibility for her role in her boyfriend’s 2019 death, pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in what experts say is an unusual—and potentially dangerous–legal outcome. You was present at the Roxbury parking garage when Alexander Urtula, 22, died, Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins said. And over the course of the final two months of Urtula’s life, she sent him 47,130 text messages, a stream of “near-constant” abuse that contributed to Urtula’s suicide, Rollins added, according to The Boston Globe. You was sentenced to a 2.5-year suspended jail sentence and 10 years of probation by Suffolk Superior Court Judge Robert Ullmann, who urged her “to make every possible effort to live...
A Massachusetts phlebotomist working on the side as a dominatrix enjoyed a sushi dinner and sent several text messages to her ex-boyfriend's cellphone, allegedly to establish an alibi for herself, after prosecutors say she stabbed him to death inside a BDSM-themed treehouse as a 'surprise' for her new boyfriend.  These revelations were made on the first day of Julia Enright's trial stemming from the 2018 murder of 20-year-old Brandon Chiklis. In their opening statement, prosecutors argued that Enright, 24, killed Chklis as part of a planned attack after luring him to a treehouse featuring restrains where they used to have sex as teens.   Enright's attorney claimed in his opening remarks that she stabbed Chiklis a dozen times in self-defense after the man attempted to rape her.   Julia Enright, 24, a phlebotomist and dominatrix (left), is on trial in Massachusetts for the 2018 murder of her former classmate and boyfriend Brandon Chiklis, 20 (right) Defense attorney Louis Badwey said in his opening statement on Monday that Enright stabbed Chiklis a dozen time sin self-defense after he tried to rape her  RELATED...
An OnlyFans model in a legal battle with a billionaire Democrat donor after their tempestuous break-up has removed her claims of rape in a new legal filing. The change was made after DailyMail.com revealed texts in which the former Playboy porn star, Stefanie Gurzanski, 26, appeared to refer to her sexual encounter with Stephen Cloobeck, 59, as consensual. The legal climbdown comes as Cloobeck, founder of the Diamond Resorts timeshare firm, launched a new federal lawsuit against Gurzanski accusing her of copyright infringement for selling nude pictures of herself taken on his property. In the past few weeks Cloobeck registered copyrights to 27 pictures and three videos shot by the model's friend Adrianna Suchor, of Gurzanski naked straddling a horse, writhing on the sand, posing in a bikini on a yacht and on a balcony overlooking the sea, and standing above the camera in a short skirt while holding a golf club on a putting green. The mother of 22-year-old 'van-life woman' Gabby Petito sent her daughter's boyfriend and his family desperate texts looking for her but was ignored.  Gabby's mother Nicole Schmidt told DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview that on September 10 she reached out to Brian and his mother Roberta Laundrie trying to reach her daughter after she had not heard from Gabby since August 25.  'I texted Brian's mom that I was trying to get in touch with Gabby. I also texted Brian. I got no replies,' Schmidt said.  'I knew something was wrong,' she said. 'I felt something was off and I needed to get her reported missing immediately.' She went to report Gabby missing later that day but police initially blew her off. The next day, she was allowed to file a report with the Suffolk County police department.  Brian's family have since refused to let authorities interview their son when the van that the couple had traveled in before she disappeared was seized from their property late on Saturday night. A mum-of-three counsellor said to have had sex with a vulnerable teenage boy insists she's not a predator, but admitted: 'I should never have been a psychologist.' Jo Wise, 40, has been struck off for five years after a tribunal was told she had sex with the 17-year-old at her home while her husband was away. The hearing heard she and the boy also exchanged more than 240 inappropriate, often sexualised, text messages and had held consultations in his bedroom. One text read: 'Woke up smelling you on me. Don't write back, just wanted you to know I'm thinking about you. PS you should delete all my texts.'  The tribunal found 'a gross violation and exploitation of the power imbalance in their relationship'.  'The practitioner's conduct was reprehensible, improper and unethical,' it said. Hunter Biden claimed in his memoir that he befriended a street-dwelling crack addict and invited her to stay in his home. But when DailyMail.com tracked down the woman, she said his story is 'bulls**t'. In his book, Hunter devotes nearly an entire chapter to a woman he writes he 'loved as much as any friend he's ever loved,' a homeless crack addict he says he trusted to live in his apartment even though she was a criminal and had one son on death row and another serving life in prison. The 52-year-old Washington, DC woman, who Hunter refers to by the pseudonym Rhea in his book, tells a different story. In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Rhea said that she 'never lived with him', merely worked as his cleaner, and that his tale about her alleged criminal sons was entirely fabricated. Britney Spears' co-conservator has shared texts from the singer asking for her to remain on in her role and help her get a new attorney as he asks for an additional $25,000 from her estate to pay for her new security guard.  Jodi Montgomery was appointed in 2019 to be Britney's Conservator of Person. It's her role in the Conservatorship to approve medical and personal decisions. Britney's father, Jamie, is in charge of her finances.  Britney said in court on June 23 that she didn't know she could request end the conservatorship at all. Since then, her attorney, Sam Ingham, has resigned.  In texts sent in between those two events, she told Montgomery: 'I need u to stay as my co conservator of person. I'm asking u for ur assistance in getting a new attorney. Thank u for ur help.'  Montgomery included the texts in a petition to the court on Wednesday asking the judge to compel Jamie Spears to approve payment of $25,480 to pay for her new security guard.  She says she needs 24.7 security now because of how...
The woman who accused Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer of sexual assault sent him texts after their first sex session saying she had enjoyed being choked, DailyMail.com has learned.  The MLB star, 30, was temporarily suspended from the league last week pending an investigation into claims he punched a woman and strangled her into unconsciousness during two separate trysts.  The allegations emerged last week in an application for a temporary restraining order that was granted in Los Angeles on Friday.  The 27-year-old woman, identified only as 'Ms. Hill,' claimed Bauer became violent towards her during two sexual episodes in April and May and punched her so hard, she was left with facial fractures.  Now texts sent to Bauer on May 9 - before the pair's second sexual encounter - and seen by DailyMail.com, appear to contradict some of the woman's claims –  showing she told him she had enjoyed being choked during the first sex session and asked him to do it again. Texts messages obtained by DailyMail.com appear to contradict some of the assault claims made against Dodgers...
A four-year-old boy and his father were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide after the child's mother claims authorities ignored her pleas to check on him.   Police discovered the bodies of Greyson Martin Kessler and his father John Michael Stacey, 47, at Stacey's apartment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Friday night.  Greyson's mother, Alison Kessler, had filed an emergency pickup order to seize the boy hours earlier after receiving a series of threatening texts messages and emails from Stacey, including one, three days before the their deaths, in which Stacey texted her that, 'you deserve to have your head separated from your body,' the Sun Sentinel reported. A judge would go on to deny the order, 12 hours after the boy and father were found dead.     In a Gofundme created Sunday morning to help support the grieving mother, Kessler's family blamed the agencies they said stood by to allow the deaths to happen.  Alison Kessler with her son, Greyson Martin Kessler. It was a bravado and brutally frank performance that shocked the nation – but as her controversial Oprah interview was broadcast, the Duchess of Sussex was, it seems, receiving supportive text messages from the editor of British Vogue, Edward Enninful. I can reveal that the style guru, who accepted an OBE from Princess Anne five years ago, was part of a select group of 15 employees of publisher Conde Nast who watched the bombshell interview air in the US via a live video link at their respective UK homes. They were connected to a TV in the US via Zoom, and I understand that Edward was in ‘constant contact’ with the Duchess via WhatsApp as he watched the ‘soap-Oprah’ unfold. The editor of British Vogue, Edward Enninful was sending Meghan Markle supportive text messages during her blockbuster interview with Oprah has he was watching a special live stream of the event  A source close to Conde Nast Britain, tells me: ‘There were around 15 people on the Zoom, all top Conde Nast people. CNN’s Dana Bash said Friday that she’s been receiving texts from multiple Republicans concerning Matt Gaetz that she “can’t repeat” on television. Bash appeared on “New Day” to discuss the sexual misconduct allegations against Gaetz when she brought up the texts to guest host John Avlon after he stated that it didn’t seem Gaetz’s colleagues were “rallying to his defense.” (RELATED: Florida State Attorney Claims Rep. Hunter Biden told his therapist in 2018 that his lover and brother's widow, Hallie Biden, left his .38 handgun in a grocery store trashcan – prompting a police investigation. Hunter claimed that when Delaware cops found the gun 'the FBI and the Secret Service' got involved, and that Hallie told officers she took the weapon because she was 'afraid for the kids' and 'because she was scared I would harm myself due to my drug and alcohol problem', in texts found on his abandoned laptop. A copy of a police report obtained by news site Politico confirmed the October 23, 2018 incident in Wilmington. The Secret Service told the site they had no record of agents investigating the incident, and Joe Biden, who was not under their protection at the time said he had no knowledge of their involvement. But Hunter's texted claims that the agency was involved are echoed by two sources who spoke to Politico. In October 2018, Hallie Biden tossed a gun that she'd found in Hunter Biden's pick-up truck. She was concerned he was going...
