Truly I did not expect to find myself feeling desperately sorry for Prince Harry. Yet as the days of mourning for his beloved grandmother passed by, this young man appeared to suffer humiliation after humiliation. Grief, shame and anger passed continuously across his face and I could only pity a man who still, to me, seems to be the child who followed his mother’s coffin in the full glare of public attention. All seemed hopeful at the beginning. He had already been in the country that was, and I suspect at heart still is, his home. He did not receive the news of his grandmother’s death as quickly as the rest of the immediate family. He was still in the air on his way to Balmoral, but he was told as soon as was possible, certainly before the news was made public. He was with his closest relatives to share their immediate grief. The following day, his father, now King Charles III, made a moving and heartfelt speech to the nation. He shared his feelings ‘of profound sorrow’ over the...

Viewers and social media users were outraged when a CNN reporter did a segment where he referred to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle by name but then referred to Prince William and Kate Middleton as 'the other two royals.'  Scott McLean, CNN's international correspondent based in London and reporting from the city in the wake of Queen Elizabeth II's death, was doing a segment on Prince William and Prince Harry and their wives, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, reuniting in public after the men lost their grandmother. The King ordered his warring sons to set aside their ongoing feud ahead of the Queen's funeral, leading the pair to reunite publicly for the first time in more than a year, it was last night revealed.  McLean, who is Canadian, described the quartet getting out of a car: 'You can see Harry get out first and then you saw Meghan and then the other two royals as well'  Viewers took umbrage with what they saw, despite McLean being from the US' neighbor to the north, as Americans and an American network being disrespectful of...
Members of the royal family - including Prince Charles and Lady Louise Windsor - attended a traditional Sunday church service in the Aberdeenshire village close to the Balmoral estate this morning.   The heir to the throne, 73, was spotted driving himself to the church service at Crathie Kirk, with his youngest brother Prince Edward, 58, and daughter Lady Louise Windsor, 18, enjoying a lift with Princess Anne's husband, Sir Tim Laurence.  The Queen is not thought to have attended the service.   Lady Louise, wearing a cerise floral dress, looked to be enjoying a break from her summer job at a garden centre near Windsor, where she's been earning £6.83-an-hour helping out on the tills, greeting customers, pruning and potting plants. Charles, travelling without the Duchess of Cornwall, seemed in good spirits as he made the short journey by car to the nearby village church.  Scroll down for video  Prince Charles, 73, drove himself to the church service at Crathie Kirk, near Balmoral, on Sunday morning; the heir to the throne has been a regular visitor to Balmoral while the Queen, 96, enjoys her...
Boston Red Sox centerfielder Jarren Duran had an inning to forget in Kansas City on Sunday. Not only did the 25-year-old Californian drop a pair catchable fly balls, but Duran also found himself bickering with Royals fans seated in the Kauffman Stadium bleachers during Boston's 15-3 loss on Sunday. And as if the bottom of the seventh inning on Sunday wasn't chaotic enough, he also managed to make an impressive diving grab during the frame. I’m not going to attempt to defend Jarren Duran’s defense, but as a Red Sox fan I am certainly going to hope he snaps out of it. Seems like some form of the yips; clearly more mental than anything. He needs to stay silent and work on improving. #RedSoxpic.twitter.com/MF6RUEV0i0— Dan Kelley (@DanKelley66) August 7, 2022 Boston Red Sox center fielder Jarren Duran is unable to catch a fly ball hit by Kansas City Royals' Kyle Isbel during the seventh inning on Sunday Duran has struggled in the field in 2022 and he's currently hitting just .227 for the year The disastrous inning began with Kansas...
