    A 3-month-old baby who was abducted by a stranger from his grandmother’s apartment as she was unloading groceries has been found alive, police in San Jose, California, said Tuesday. Authorities added they’ve also arrested a suspect in the kidnapping of Brandon Cuellar. “Baby Brandon has been located,” police said in a tweet Tuesday. “One suspect in custody. Stay tuned for additional details.” Cuellar was snatched from his grandmother’s home Monday afternoon as she unloaded groceries from her car, with disturbing surveillance footage showing a man walking down the street holding his carrier. The baby’s mother, who was at work at the time of the abduction, and grandmother did not recognize the man from security footage. Brandon’s father is currently in jail. “[The grandmother] came to this apartment, she took the baby in the apartment, went downstairs to unload some groceries,” San Jose Police Sgt.     A Moonachie man told police he was burned when an assailant ran up and threw what may have been acid on him as he left home for work early Tuesday. The 50-something victim said he wasn't paying attention to the heavyset stranger -- all dressed in black -- who he said suddenly attacked him as he got into his car on West Park Street around 6:30 a.m. "The victim said he began to sit down when he felt something thrown at the right side of his face and neck," Sgt. Jeff Napolitano said. "He looked up to see the same heavyset male in all black running back from where he had come from."     A 6-year-old Kentucky girl was riding her bike last week when a stranger allegedly drove up, jumped out of his car, grabbed her by the collar, threw her into his vehicle, and took off. Neighbors who were outside witnessed the event in Valley Station, a suburb of Louisville, and sprang into action.     Police are investigating a residential burglary in which the resident was at home while it was in progress in Fairfield County and confronted the man. The incident was reported to police around 8:30 a.m., Thursday, June 10, at a home on Ridgeley Street, in Darien. When officers arrived on the scene, the woman said she was on the second floor when she saw an unknown white man coming up the stairs of her home, said Darien Police Sgt. James Palmieri. When confronted, the man said he was delivering a package. The woman then told him she wasn't expecting a package and instructed him to leave, which he did. Based on a preliminary investigation, it was determined that there were no threats made, nothing was taken from or disturbed within the residence, and there are no apparent connections between the homeowner and the suspect, Palmieri said.
