Naomi Judd, who was a long-time singing partner of Wynonna, as The Judds, left her two daughters out of her will in a baffling move. Both Wynonna, 58, and Ashley did not feature in the will, and did not get any part of her estate, with the Nashville superstar leaving everything to her widower Larry Strickland. The couple had been married for 33 years, with Naomi making Strickland the executor of her estate in a move that was said to ‘upset’ Wynonna. The Grammy award-winning country star’s decision has reportedly sparked another bitter battle between Ashley and Wynonna. Ashley, 54, is reportedly siding with her late mother and Larry, after Wynona believes that they ‘conspired’ against her, according to Radar. One source said that ‘Wynonna was banking on getting a piece of the pie’ after her mother's death.  A family friend claimed that Ashley believed her mother ‘knew what she was doing’ by not giving her sister a lump...

Some of the 1.7 million customers ensnared by the alleged fraud are now directly pleading with the Southern District of New York to help them get their money back. Christian Ostheimer, a 37 year-old living in Connecticut, wrote in a letter included in court exhibits that he trusted Celsius with his retirement savings and has lost more than $30,000, which has brought him into "unsurmountable tax complications." During the event, Harbaugh read a quote from Jeremiah 1:5: "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart. I appointed you as a prophet to the nations." Harbaugh admitted that the overturning of Roe v. Wade by the Supreme Court had caused fierce tensions between Americans. “Passions can make the process messy, but when combined with respect, it ultimately produces the best outcomes,” said Harbaugh – who is a devout Catholic. “This process has been passionate and messy, but I have faith in the American people to ultimately develop the right policies and laws for all lives involved. I recognize one’s personal thinking regarding morality of a particular action may differ from their thinking on whether government should make that action illegal. There are many things one may hold to be immoral, but the government appropriately allows because of some greater good or personal or constitutional right." Harbaugh concluded, "Yes, there are conflicts between the legitimate rights of the mother and the rights of the unborn child. One resolution...

The former presidential candidate wants them to bring black Americans into their board of directors and spend money on black-owned business. He wrote: 'Without sincere action from corporations, discriminatory acts always return. Sesame Place, which is owned by SeaWorld has not provided solutions that I trust will eradicate the culture that has stained this theme park with discriminatory practices. We need SeaWorld to take a stance against past practices and do what is necessary to end discriminatory acts at their theme parks.' Jackson also wants SeaWorld to give the Philadelphia theme park an African American firm to handle sensitivity training for workers and what he phrases as 'doing right by' the family affected.  He...
