    Police in Delaware County are seeking the public's help in finding two men involved in a shooting outside a Wawa store on Thursday, Aug. 5, authorities said. Two men walked onto the parking lot of the store on North Lansdowne Avenue when one of them opened fire at a parked car around 11:45 p.m., Lansdowne police said. The driver, who is legally permitted to carry a firearm, got out of the car and returned fire multiple times, according to police. The pair then fled the scene eastbound on East Stratford Avenue. The driver also fled, but returned and is cooperating with the investigation, police said. No injuries were reported.     A suspect has been arrested in connection to the stabbing of a man Saturday, June 25 at a gas station in Delaware County, authorities said. Responding officers discovered the victim around 10:40 p.m. at the Exxon gas station on Baltimore Avenue in East Lansdowne, local police said. The victim was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he is expected to survive, East Lansdowne police said. An investigation revealed that the incident was captured on surveillance video, leading officers to identify the suspect as 27-year-old William T. Smith Jr., of Lansdowne, they said. Police believe the pair did not know each other at the time of the incident. Smith Jr. was arrested on Tuesday, June 28, police said. Smith Jr. has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime, records show. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
    An armed intruder was arrested after breaking into a home, and standing over a resident as she slept in her bed, authorities in Delaware County said. Quinn Sivels, 41, of Philadelphia, was later identified as the suspect who broke into the Pembroke Avenue home in East Lansdowne armed with a gun around 2:30 a.m. on  Friday, June 3, local police said. The pair fought over the gun, and the man eventually fled her home on foot, East Lansdowne police said. A few minutes later, officers captured the suspect near the home, they said. The handgun described by the victim was also recovered from Sivels. He was charged with the following: Aggravated Assault Criminal Trespassing Simple Assault  Recklessly Endangering Another Person  Terroristic Threats  Possession of an Instrument Of Crime  Sivels was released from county jail after posting 10 percent of $50,000 bail, records show. 
    Police are looking for a man accused of firing shots outside a bar in Delaware County on Wednesday, May 11. Two men were apparently arguing inside B’s Q-Shot Bar & Lounge on Baltimore Avenue in Lansdowne before running into each other outside around 12:40 a.m., East Lansdowne police said. That's when one of the men opened fire on the other, according to police.  No injuries were reported and both men fled before police arrived, they said.     A dad of four was killed in what local police are calling a road rage shooting near a high school in Delaware County on Friday, March 25. The deadly shooting broke out at Lansdowne Avenue and Winding Way around 7:55 a.m., close to Monsignor Bonner and Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School in Drexel Hill, Upper Darby police said. No students were outside at the time. The victim, a 56-year-old Havertown dad, was stopped at a red light with his window down when he was shot in the head by another motorist, CBS3 reports. Police are looking for a white Audi A4 after reviewing surveillance video from the scene, which shows the vehicle speeding down Lansdowne Avenue after the shooting, according to the news outlet. The situation unfolded around 2 a.m, Sunday, Feb. 13, when Yousuf Bahal began firing an AR-15 rifle in front of his Penn Boulevard home in East Lansdowne, local police said. Responding officers saw 30-year-old Bahal open fire and confronted him, East Lansdowne police said. He later dropped the gun and was arrested, they said. As police were securing the area, they learned that more than 30 rounds had been fired, and found a 35-year-old neighbor with gunshot wounds. The woman was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where she was pronounced dead, according to police. Her identity was not immediately known.     LANSDOWNE, Md. (WJZ) — A school resource officer at Lansdowne High School was injured during the arrest of a student Tuesday, the school said. Baltimore County police initiated the arrest during dismissal around 2:10 p.m. in connection with an incident that didn’t happen at the school, according to a letter to parents from Principal Allison Seymour. The school resource officer injured during the arrest was treated at the scene. Police did not disclose the extent of the officer’s injury. Baltimore County Police told WJZ the student was a juvenile. No details on any criminal charges were disclosed.

Surveillance footage captured the alleged burglar leaving the Melrose Avenue home around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday a 9mm handgun in its carrying case, according to police.     LANSDOWNE, Md. (WJZ) — A 25-year-old man has been arrested in the deadly August shooting of a 45-year-old man in Lansdowne, the Baltimore County Police Department said Friday. Devin Montrese Johnson is charged with first-degree murder and being held without bail pending a court hearing. Police did not specify when or where Johnson was arrested.     EAST LANSDOWNE, Pa. (CBS) — Police are searching for four people — three men and a woman — who they say were caught on camera attacking a man outside of a Sunoco in East Lansdowne. It happened on Sept. 1 at the station on the 400 block of Baltimore Avenue. Police say after attacking the man outside the station, they then followed him inside, attacked him again, and got his car keys from his pocket. Police responded to the Lansdowne Shopping Center in the 3900 block of Hollins Ferry Road at around 7:30 p.m. for a shooting. They found a woman who had been shot in the upper body. She was taken to an area hospital and is in serious condition. Shortly after, officers learned of a second victim, a teenage boy, who walked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was treated and released from the hospital. Police learned the victims were talking to each other in the parking lot of the shopping center when two suspects approached and shot them, then both fled.
