A physical therapist from Connecticut who sought 'control over the lives and deaths' of his wife, three young children and the family's dog was found guilty of murdering his entire family two years ago in central Florida after six hours of deliberation. A 12-member jury convicted Anthony Todt, 46, on Thursday on four counts of first-degree murder and one count of animal cruelty.  He was accused of killing his 42-year-old wife Megan, and his three children, Zoe, four; Tyler, 11; and Alek, 13. The family's dog, Breezy, was also found dead in the home in Celebration, a community that is located close to Walt Disney World. Prosecutors weren't seeking the death penalty, which means Todt will receive a mandatory life sentence. Judge Keith A. Carsten called Todt 'a destroyer of worlds', while the father-of-three was seen constantly shaking his head as he was in dismay from learning his verdict.  Despite being found guilty, Todt insisted he was innocent and that he was not at the family's home on the night his children, wife and pet passed away.  'I loved my wife. As members of the Kennedy family - known to many as America's royals - it is no surprise that JFK's only three grandchildren have already gone far in life, despite the long-running claims of a 'curse' that has hung like a dark cloud over the family for many decades. But while Caroline Kennedy's three children are no doubt aware of the unlucky series of events that have plagued their relatives for years, from premature deaths to terrifying accidents, the trio is showing no sign of allowing the infamous Kennedy curse to affect them.  This weekend, the late president's youngest grandchild, Jack, 29, announced that he had graduated from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School after completing a challenging joint program at the Ivy League institution. Harrigan told Insider that her family rarely runs into other Black people or people of color in their travels, and she often feels uncomfortable on campgrounds as a result. "We exercise caution at all times, especially when we're traveling down South," Harrigan told Insider. She thinks that fewer Black people live tiny because of a lack of exposure to the lifestyle and the wealth gap. Visit Insider's homepage for more stories. Nomadic living has become hugely popular in the US in recent years, with around one million people living in RVs in America, according to the RV Industry Association. The new crop of RV owners is different than the traditional mobile-home dwellers, as travel is often the primary motivating factor for purchasing a tiny home, rather than financial necessity.  And according to one tiny dweller, the majority of people who live in RVs full-time have one other big thing in common: their race. Floshea...

A family who moved into the Los Angeles home where a child star was murdered by her father in 1988 have revealed they felt a haunted, dark presence inside that left them distraught and unable to sleep.   In July 1988 Jozself Barsi shot his actress daughter Judith Barsi in the head before killing her mother Maria Virovacz and turning the gun on himself in a horrific double murder-suicide. Judith, who was 10 at the time of her death, had started acting professionally in 1984 and appeared in Cheers, Growing Pains, Cagney And Lacey, Punky Brewster, St. Elsewhere, The Love Boat and Jaws 4: The Revenge. The Bernal family moved into the Canoga Park ranch-style house in 2001 with no idea of the home's chilling history. Soon after moving in a neighbor told them about the grisly crime that took place there and the Bernal family started to notice eerie things about the house. The home in Frederick where Chris Watts killed his pregnant wife, Shanann, in August 2018 before taking the lives of Celeste and Bella, their two young daughters, is currently being viewed by more people than ever before. But although the property, located at 2825 Saratoga Trail, spent well over a year for sale, it's now been taken off the market — and that's just as well, since a disturbing new movie about the tragedy creates even more doubts that anyone would ever want to live within its walls again. On September 30, Netflix launched American Murder: The Family Next Door, a documentary about the slayings that's assembled almost entirely of video or images shared online by Shanann or footage from the investigation into her disappearance, including body-camera clips that seem to capture every inch of the living space. The house is practically another character in a film that chillingly transforms the roomy, tastefully appointed suburban spread into a backdrop for evil at its purest. In other words, it's not exactly a great advertisement for potential buyers, who've passed up many...
