President Joe Biden appeared to be waiting for a handshake that he had already received during a public appearance on Tuesday. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) turned around to shake hands with Biden and the other U.S. officials with him after he delivered a speech. A few seconds after shaking hands with Biden, the president appeared to reach out his hand again, according to footage from RNC Research. ???? pic.twitter.com/MGPp9QFRkn— RNC Research (@RNCResearch) August 9, 2022 Tuesday's handshake mishap is not the first time Biden has appeared to wait for a handshake, as he seemingly turned to shake hands with no one after a speech in Tel Aviv, Israel, last month. On Monday, the progressive activist group RootsAction said it would actively campaign against the nomination of Biden based on his lack of performance in the Oval Office. "Unfortunately, President Biden has been neither bold nor inspiring. And his prospects for winning re-election appear to be bleak. With so much at stake, making him the Democratic Party’s standard-bearer in 2024 would be a tragic mistake," RootsAction said in a scathing statement. Not all of the results from the Siena College poll were bad news for Biden. In a hypothetical matchup between Biden and Trump, the poll found that Biden would win by three percentage points, 44% to 41%. Here's the video of Biden's comments: “"What's your message to Democrats who don't want you to run again?"

BIDEN: "Read the polls! Read the polls, Jack! The poll similarly found that inflation and record-high gas prices are the issues that Americans believe impact them most right now. Those discoveries are particularly alarming for Democrats, who control the White House and Congress. Such polling, along with President Joe Biden's approval numbers, suggests Democrats will lose big in the 2022 midterm elections.Anything else? The Bureau of Labor Statistics has not yet released inflation figures for June. Unfortunately, the consumer price index will probably show yet another inflation increase, as inflation continued to skyrocket in Europe last month. If inflation does increase, the Federal Reserve will continue to raise interest rates, an action some economists believe could lead to a recession.
Left-wing CNN host Don Lemon recently asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre whether the president possesses the physical and mental stamina to serve beyond 2024. "I can't even keep up with him," Jean-Pierre said. "That is not a question that we should be even asking. Just look at the work that he does." “DON LEMON: "Does the president has the stamina, physically and mentally, do you think to continue on even after 2024?"

KARINE JEAN-PIERRE: "That is not a question that we should be even asking"” — RNC Research (@RNC Research) 1655176475 "The presidency is a monstrously taxing job and the stark reality is the president would be closer to 90 than 80 at the end of a second term, and that would be a major issue," David Axelrod said, according to the New York Times. "Biden doesn't get the credit he deserves for steering the country through the worst of the pandemic, passing historic legislation, pulling the NATO alliance together against Russian aggression and restoring decency and decorum to the White House," Axelrod said. "And part of the...
The negative trajectory began after the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, and it has only deteriorated since. Biden's low approval also spells bad news for Democrats hoping to retain control of Congress after the 2022 midterm elections. On Sunday, ABC News explained the grim situation for Democrats. "Biden is a serious drag on Democratic candidates nationwide," said ABC News' Rick Klein, "he is badly underwater on all of the top issues." “ABC POLL: "Biden is a serious drag on Democratic candidates nationwide ... he is badly underwater on all of the top issues."” — RNC Research (@RNC Research) 1654440305
A majority of voters believe President Joe Biden is not fit to be president and doubt his mental ability, a Monday Harris poll revealed. Fifty-three percent of respondents said they had “doubts” about Biden’s mental ability. Sixty-two percent said Biden is not fit to be president because he is too old. Among independents, a plurality expressed doubt about Biden’s mental ability (34-20 percent). Twelve percent of Democrats also were skeptical of Biden’s mental ability to lead. 63 percent of Democrats said the president is mentally fit. Though Biden is nearing 80 years old, he plans to run again in 2024. Biden reportedly told Barack Obama he intends to run because he feels he is the only Democrat who can defeat Donald Trump. According to the Harris poll, Biden leads a potential primary with only 37 percent support against Vice President Kamala Harris (14 percent), Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) (9 percent), and Hillary Clinton (7 percent). Biden’s decision to run in 2024 comes as many videos in the last few weeks have shown the president disoriented and confused. On the Monday...

Earlier this week, Psaki spoke with "News Not Noise" podcast host Jessica Yellin, and broke down in tears over newly implemented educational mandates such as Florida's Parental Rights in Education law. “This a political wedge issue, an attempt to win a culture war," she insisted. "And they’re doing that in a way that is harsh and cruel to a community of kids, especially. I’m going to get emotional about this issue because it’s horrible." Choking up and openly crying, she continued, "It’s like kids who are bullied, and all these leaders are taking steps to hurt them, and hurt their lives, and hurt their families. And you look at some of these laws in these states, and it is going after parents who are in loving relationships,...
On Tuesday, April 5, former President Barack Obama visited the White House to celebrate the 12th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act of 2010, a.k.a. Obamacare — marking his first time in the White House since leaving office in January 2017. Progressive and liberal media outlets responded to the event by discussing the achievements of Obamacare (millions of previously uninsured Americans obtained coverage) as well as its shortcomings (the U.S. still doesn’t have universal healthcare, unlike other developed nations). But Fox News used the event to take a cheap and ageist shot at President Joe Biden. Fox News, according to Rolling Stone’s Ryan Bort, aired clips of Biden and took them “out of context” to promote the conspiracy theory that the president is mentally impaired. Bort explains, “Biden does look a little confused in the first clip, but it’s only because he’s looking for someone — perhaps Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, whom he brings up onstage to applause shortly after the conservative media cut ends. The second clip ends right before Biden gets Obama’s attention and introduces him...
California’s average gas price reached a record high of $5.90 per gallon on Friday, according to AAA. Just last month, the state’s average gas price was $4.79. One year ago, the average price of gas in the state was $3.88, a full $2.02 less. Nationwide, the average price of gas ($4.24) has increased by about 70 cents since Russia invaded Ukraine. But gas prices had already risen about a full $1.00 since President Joe Biden assumed office and waged war on American energy independence. Biden has also halted new drilling on public lands and terminated the Keystone pipeline project that would have transported vast amounts of oil to American refineries. On Friday, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) proposed countering Biden’s high gas prices by handing out $400 direct payments per vehicle. The payments would be limited to...
He said that if governors need federal help, they must "say something," summarizing the actions his administration has taken to follow through with his coronavirus response plan. Last week, Biden announced a federal plan to provide 500 million at-home rapid tests that will be given to Americans for free. But the government was unable to deliver those tests before holiday travel began, and hundreds of flights were canceled over the weekend as airline staff tested positive for the virus. The president did concede that demand for COVID-19 testing has so far outstripped his administration's ability to provide testing kits, acknowledging that the sight of long testing lines over Christmas weekend "shows that we have more work to do." "The bottom line is I want to assure the American people that we're prepared," Biden said. "We know what it takes, and as this group of bipartisan governors has shown, we're gonna get through by working together." Biden's remarks were immediately criticized by the Republican National Committee, which pointed out that as a presidential candidate, Biden promised to "shut...

Former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) admitted during a virtual meeting Tuesday that President Joe Biden’s low approval rating is causing his campaign “a lot of headwinds” as McAuliffe competes with Republican Glenn Youngkin in the race for Virginia governor. McAuliffe’s comment, shared in a video posted by RNC Research, came during a central Virginia Democrats “virtual rally” featuring several state Democrat candidates, RNC Research confirmed to Breitbart News. “But we’ve got to get Democrats out to vote,” McAuliffe warns attendees in the video. “We are facing a lot of headwinds from Washington, as you know. The Republican National Committee (RNC) is challenging President Joe Biden to prove he has visited the Southern Border even once in the last decade, including while he was vice president. RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel tweeted that her research team at the RNC did not find any example from that Biden visited the border at least a decade, demanding that he should provide proof that he has seen the “impact of his open borders agenda” if the committee is wrong: Our @RNCResearch team hasn’t found a single example of Joe Biden visiting the border in at least the last decade. If he has, he should tell us when, and he needs to go to the border NOW to see the impacts of his open borders agenda. — Ronna McDaniel (@GOPChairwoman) September 22, 2021 McDaniel, following her tweet, released a longer statement saying, that the White House is incapable of saying if the President has been to the border, noting that while he was vice president and “border czar” under former President Barack Obama, he seemed to have not visited either: Has...
