    SANTA CRUZ — Testimony in a four-defendant pre-trial hearing for the killing of tech entrepreneur Tushar Atre was delayed Monday, the beginning of the case’s third week. Based on testimony presented at the preliminary hearing, Santa Cruz County Superior Court Judge John Salazar will determine if four accused defendants will or will not face trial in an Oct. 2019 home invasion-style kidnapping-murder case involving the death of the 51-year-old Pleasure Point resident.     A Florida teen accused of murdering his classmate by stabbing her 114 times has been caught on camera saying he believes 'demons are going to take his soul away'. Aiden Fucci, 14, made the bizarre remark on Wednesday during a pretrial hearing  over the brutal slaying of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey, which took place in St. Johns on May 9.  Fucci - who has been charged with first-degree murder -  attended the hearing virtually from a meeting room at Duval County Jail, where he is currently being held without bond.   'Please don't let the demons take my soul.
