    Retired NBA star Lamar Odom has reportedly agreed to fight singer Aaron Carter in a Celebrity Boxing Match already scheduled for June 12 at the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City. At 6ft10in, the 41-year-old father-of-three is nine inches taller yet eight years older than the former child star, who reached his '175lb goal weight' on December 28. The fight against a yet to be named opponent will take place at Showboat Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. However, he’s not the only NBA star to step inside the ring. A couple of months back, another NBA sensation, Nate Robinson touched gloves with the American YouTuber and boxer, Jake Paul. ‘The Problem Child’ staggered Robinson as he landed a vicious KO in just the second round of the fight.   Despite not having an opponent, Odom has already started spending quality training hours in the gym.     FLORESVILLE, TEXAS – A former Nurse Practitioner is ready to suit up and save lives once again. Raynell Odom came out of retirement in April and flew to New York City to join in the fight against COVID-19 despite her health issues. “In my family, the joke is, ‘If you don’t get cancer, you’ll get diabetes. Well, I got both,” Odom said. Military nurse shares experience working in San Antonio ICU with COVID-19 patients In 2006, Odom battled breast cancer, and she currently lives with diabetes. Odom said her daughter-in-law, Jonell, a registered nurse, encouraged her to travel to New York City. “It’s just the way I am. I’m not afraid of anything,” Odom said. Odom followed Jonell five days later and was placed at Elmendorf Hosptial in Brooklyn, where she worked alongside other health care workers from around the world. Suited up for a new battle, Odom brought comfort to patients in the telemetry unit, where many were critical. “I could hold their hand and smile with my eyes, and that was the extent of our communication,” Odom said....
