The Washington Post published a Jerry Jones photo showing the Dallas Cowboys owner in the crowd of the North Little Rock Six incident in 1957.
An image floating around for 65 years has come back to haunt Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. This isn’t a photo that was taken in private or secret that has been used for blackmail, but instead an Associated Press photo of the North Little Rock Six incident in which racist white students tried to prevent Black classmates from entering their school following the desegregation of schools in the south.
Somehow nobody has noticed since now, but the Washington Post published the photo showing that Jones was part of the crowd.
Jones is shown toward the back of the group in the photo and isn’t one of the students standing in the way of the doorway. Nevertheless, Jones was indeed present at the incident and appears to be an active onlooker, if not a participant.Jerry Jones photo reveals Cowboys owner was at North Little Rock Six incident
If there was any question about whether or not the person in the photo is Jones, the Cowboys owner confirmed it himself. Upon the publication of the image, Jones acknowledged and commented on why he was part of the crowd that day.
“I didn’t know that I or anybody anticipated or had a background of knowing…what was in evolved. It was more of a curious thing,” Jones said, via the Washington Post.

For what it’s worth, Jones was apparently tipped off ahead of time that the incident could be a significant moment. According to the Washington Post, Jones’ football coach at the time warned his players — including a 14-year-old Jones — that he didn’t want any of his players caught at the front of the line.
Per The Post:
The head coach, Jim Albright, had warned there might be trouble and said he “didn’t want to see any of you knot-heads near the front of that school tomorrow.”What was the North Little Rock Six incident?

Little People’s Isabel Roloff admits her original birth plan ‘didn’t go as planned’ one year after welcoming son Mateo
LITTLE People star Isabel Roloff has opened up about son Mateo's birth one year after she and her husband Jacob welcomed the boy.
According to the typically private reality star, her son's arrival didn't go as she had hoped in her original birth plan.5Little People star Isabel Roloff has reflected on the birth of son Mateo one year laterCredit: Instagram/Isabel Roloff 5She confessed that the birth did not go to planCredit: Instagram/ isabelsofiarock
Isabel, 25, took to her Instagram feed to post a photo of herself while she was still pregnant with Mateo.
The photo was accompanied by a long caption about his birth and more, which read: "One year ago today, I went in to be induced to have a baby. A few days later, Mateo made his grand entrance. The idea of being induced was so far from my original birth plan that I think I was still in shock heading into the hospital that day.
"Nothing went how I thought it would. The only thing that stayed consistent to the original plan: Jacob and Nico by my side."
The Little People alum went on: "My initiation into motherhood was all about surrender. I had to let go of everything I thought would happen to make space for what did."More Little PeopleBIG CHANGES LPBW's Amy reveals she may quit her pumpkin season duties at family's $4M farm'MONEY HUNGRY' Little People fans think Matt's girlfriend forced him to sell farmhouse
Isabel's caption continued: "All of it led me to my beautiful baby boy. The happiest, most loving soul who I feel grateful every day he chose me to be his mama.
"So, I would do it all again. I thought it would take me a long time to heal, but now a year later, I reflect on that day and just recognize my strength. No one can truly prepare you for what it is like to bring a baby into the world, it's a unique experience for everyone.
She concluded: "So many emotions greet you at once. It was hard, it was empowering, it was everything. I'll remember this day for the rest of my life."

One thing she has not shared openly, however, is her son's face.
While she has shared a number of photos featuring the tot, or showing portions of him, she has not shared a photo showing his face.
In October, Isabel posed for a photo while wearing her son on her chest during a day out at a pumpkin patch.
The photo showed her posing in a gazebo near a basket full of pumpkins.
She smiled and the camera, but her son's face could not be seen in the pic.
The caption read: "You make loving fun."
Her son's head rested against her chest and with his back to the camera, it was not possible to see his face.
Isabel and Jacob have been hesitant about sharing photos of Mateo on social media.
They have not shown it so far and have not indicated that they have any intention of doing so.MOTHERHOOD STRUGGLES
Back in October, Isabel opened up about the challenges she's faced in motherhood.
She shared a snap of herself holding a takeaway coffee cup while wearing a multi-colored fluffy jacket.
In a second snap, Mateo held onto his mom's finger as she sat him in a stroller while out and about.
She shared yet another lengthy caption, which read: "To be honest, I have been having a bit of a hard time lately. Just mentally not doing my best.
"Instead of sitting and wallowing in it - like I used to do a lot in the past - I decided to go out into the morning with my baby instead.
"Mateo and I had ourselves quite a nice morning together, in fact. We went to our favorite coffee shop, then a local bakery, and on to a couple of antique stores.
"Found a few treasures and then, made our way into the toy store. I got him his first owl friend because he loves owls."
She continued: "Things may be challenging in every other way right now, but being his mom makes all the sense in the world to me.
"The gift of motherhood is one I do not take for granted. Having a sidekick and tiny best friend to explore and get out of funks with is beautiful.
"I want him to see that, while yes, it is normal for us to go through difficult times, we don’t have to stay there.

The TV personality concluded: "We can feel, grieve, cry and experience tremendous joy. These little rainbows everywhere met us in the bakery and made us happy.
"I am learning that it is truly about the little things in life and the moments doing simple stuff that lights you up. More of that, please. Oh and coffee."5Isabel and her husband Jacob welcomed their son in December 2021Credit: Monique Serra Photography 5Isabel has been open about her journey in motherhoodCredit: Instagram//isabelsofiarock 5She has not, however, shared a photo of her son onlineCredit: Instagram Topics
