Hafthor Bjornsson seems to be in the shape of his life.

The Icelandic star, famous for playing Gregor 'The Mountain' Clegane in Game of Thrones, prepared for his fight against Eddie Hall by chowing down on a special diet plan.

When the 33-year-old competed in The World's Strongest Man, he would consume 8,000 to 10,000 calories-per-day.

But now he's a boxer, he's eating just 4,000 calories which has allowed him to lose a staggering 55kg as he gets ready to square against the Brit nicknamed 'The Beast'.

"My diet has changed a lot since my strongman days. I used to eat a lot of rib-eye steak, a lot of rice," he revealed on YouTube.

"The reason why I eat flank steak than rib-eye is because it is a lot leaner.

"The calories I eat in a day are a lot less. I used to eat 10,000 calories a day, now I eat not even close to that."

Fuelling his muscle

Thor's body transformation has been down to his incredible dedication to his meal plans.

For breakfast, he munches on a less fatty flank steak, with two eggs. He pairs that oats, and some fruit - strawberries and blueberries.

His second meal of the day is also meaty - a beef tenderloin, some rice cooked in chicken stock and then spinach, which helps muscle tissue to repair itself faster after a work out.

By his third meal, his food is then pre-prepared. He'll have cod, more spinach, and potatoes.

"I know I don’t have time to prep meal number three. That’s why I have meal number three, and usually number four, always prepped.

"Otherwise if I didn’t have them prepped, then what? Either I’d have to not eat or eat fast food. You won’t get visible abs unless your diet is on point.

"It’s very important to get your bloodwork done and see what the best diet is for you. Very few people do that, but if you want the most out of your diet you have to do that."

Dinner-time brings more fish - this time in the shape of salmon, some rice and a courgette.

Finally, before he goes to sleep Thor will consume his own yogurt that has higher protein and less sugar.

30g of almond or peanut butter, as well as some berries, will be chewed on before he starts his day all over again.

But, when it comes to working out, he prefers swimming and rowing for his cardio exercise.

“I’m too big for running," he revealed.

In her latest video, which has gained nearly 1million views, Allison cooks chili hot dogs at her desk.

Allison takes the defrosted hot dogs and puts them in the lunch box, which is actually a three-in-one food heater, cooker and steamer with stainless steel bowls.

She also scoops out chili from a can and uses a ramen packet to give it a “beefy flavor.”

“Probably shouldn’t have dumped the whole packet, it’s gonna be too salty,” Allison wrote using the app’s onscreen text.

After mixing the beef, Allison places everything in the cooker, adds water and turns it on.

As the water steams the food, Allison cuts up an onion and attempts to steam the hot dog buns from the vapor coming from the lunch box.

After ten minutes, the food is cooked and Allison prepares the hot dogs before adding the chili on top.

To top it off, she adds a bit of shredded cheese and pops the hot dogs back in the lunch box so the cheese melts.

Finally, she adds onions and eats the hot dogs with a bag of chips and a chocolate chip cookie on the side.

“So good,” she said.

In the caption, Allison wrote that she “didn’t expect this to slap the way it did.”

She received thousands of comments from people who criticized her for making food at her desk.

“Some people really be treating the office like it’s home,” wrote one person.

“Y’all will do anything EXCEPT use the break room,” wrote another.

However, others appreciated her creativity.
