The New England Patriots have had some amazing offensive lineman, but one current player believes that he is the best to ever play the game.

With the departures of Shaq Mason and Ted Karras, New England has few veterans on the offensive line. Along with David Andrews, Trent Brown is one of the more experienced players who will be protecting Mac Jones this season.

Brown will be a key part of the offensive line in 2022 and it’s clear that he believes that he can answer the challenge.

“I still feel like I’m the best tackle to play this game, and I feel like I can be one of the best to ever play. I’m out to prove it,” Brown said, via Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald. “So here we go. Day by day. Brick by brick.”

“I approached each day of this offseason, wanting to come in and be the player I know I can be,” Brown added. “I know I have a responsibility leading this team. That’s how I’m approaching each day. I think everyone is appreciative of that. I’m appreciative of everyone around me that’s working just as hard to help steer this bus in the right direction.”

What Has Brown Done to Improve?

A major part of Brown’s latest contract is incentives. Along with on-the-field bonuses, the offensive lineman has weight-based incentives to reach.

ESPN Insider Mike Reiss revealed that the offensive lineman’s contract features a $750,000 weight bonus in 2022 and 2023. Brown will have received $150,000 on the first day of the offseason program if he weighed in at 385 pounds or less. If he weighed 375 pounds or less on June 1 he will have earned an additional $75,000 and he may have earned the same amount on July 15 if he weighed 365 pounds or less. Also, every week during the season, Brown has the opportunity to earn an additional $25,000 a week if he weighs 365 pounds or less.

While he is still currently listed at 380 pounds on New England’s roster, Brown told the Boston Herald he’s currently around 355 pounds.

“I definitely put in the work during the offseason, so I’m expecting to reap the benefits. … It’s all about attention to detail and taking care of your body,” Brown stated.

What Should Patriots Fans Expect From Brown?

The offensive line is in an interesting state. Brown will be a veteran on a line that is filled with young talent and players playing out of position.

Brown is expected to play left tackle which means he is tasked with protecting Jones’ blindside. That means that Isaiah Wynn will be moving to right tackle.

“I’ll play wherever they need me to be,” Wynn told reporters with a grin. “I’m wherever they need me to be.”

So Brown will play a key role in protecting Jones and with how confident he is in his skill, the quarterback should have plenty of time to get rid of the ball.

An ABC press release revealed that the contestants in the upcoming, December 6th episode of the Celebrity Wheel of Fortune will include Sasheer Zamata, 36, Kal Penn, 45, and Jack Black, 53.

Saturday Night Live alum Sasheer Zamata will play on behalf of SELAH, Actor Jack Black will be playing for 24th Street Theatre, and former White House Staff member Kal Penn will represent Myrtle Avenue Revitalization Project during the "star-studded spin on America’s Game."

Many fans will be excited to watch Jack Black, who broke onto the Hollywood scene in the 2000 romantic comedy High Fidelity and starred in the hit films Nacho Libre and Jumanji, bring his patented high energy to the game show.

Recently, Snoop Dogg, 50, shocked fans with his wild answers during the season three premiere of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.

Viewers begged for the 50-year-old rapper to be on “every night” of the game show after being unable to stop laughing at his “hilarious” missolves.

Throughout the episode, Snoop had his fellow contestants, as well as fans at home, cracking up over his gameplay.

The rapper had quite a few incorrect answers, but it was just how far off he was with those responses that sent everyone over the edge.

For one puzzle, he guessed, “Baking onions,” instead of the correct answer of “Baking brownies.”

While another contestant, Mark Duplass, joked: “Martha [Stewart] is gonna be disappointed. Martha’s gonna be upset!”

Some of Snoop’s other incorrect solves included “Toilet atlas,” “Swallowing the not,” and “Airport teacher.”

Each one had Celeb Wheel of Fortune viewers and the stars, alike, cracking up over their absurdities.

One fan joked: “@celebritywof BAKING ONIONS will be on both the highlight and blooper reel for a long time.”

Another wrote: “Snoop's guesses on #CelebrityWheelofFortune were truly next-level hilarious.”

A third guessed: “Pretty sure the record is being broken for the most incorrect solve attempts in a single episode of Wheel. #CelebrityWheelOfFortune”

“I haven’t laughed this hard in so long, snoop made this whole show tonight and his answers were hilarious, put him on again,” a fourth shared.

One called this “one of the FUNNIEST episodes of #CelebrityWheelOfFortune EVER."

The celebrity-based version of the game show featured a bizarre NSFW puzzle earlier this month that mashed up a wholesome TV show with a raunchy one.

Fans were in disbelief as Pat asked the three A-listers to awkwardly solve for a suggestive phrase.

On Sunday's celebrity Wheel of Fortune, Michael Rappaport faced Jaime Camil and June Diane Raphael.

The "before and after" puzzle was looking for "Gilmore Girls Gone Wild."

The three contestants looked stunned as they were asked to solve it.

The phrase seemed to combine the beloved TV series Gilmore Girls, which aired on the WB, and Girls Gone Wild - an adult series.

One astonished fan wrote: "Watching Celebrity Wheel of Fortune. Answer to a Before/After puzzle was Gilmore Girls Gone Wild."

"Gilmore girls gone wild?" another wrote with three cry-laugh emojis.

"No. For the love of TV and game shows, just no," wrote a third.

"I cannot unsee that now" wrote a fourth.

Even the official Wheel of Fortune Twitter account chimed in and wrote: "Hey I just handle the social media" with a shrug emoji.

Wheel of Fortune's executive producer has shared the show's 40th-anniversary plans to take the famous word game show on the road.

Sitting down for a behind-the-scenes interview, Bellamie shared she's excited to have Sweetheart Week return to Wheel of Fortune.

It will be the first time couples play together on the show since the pandemic.

Teen Week is also lined up where high schoolers and tweens will take their own shots at spinning the wheel.

College Week will be happening over spring break and Bellamie urges excited students with a sharp mind for word games to think about applying to appear on the show.
