DISGRACED Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey has been ordered to pay $31million (£25.5m) to the makers of axed Netflix show House of Cards after he was sacked over sexual assault claims.

An LA judge on Thursday said Spacey had repay MRC following losses brought on by his axing in 2017 over alleged sexual harassment of crew members.

Judge Mel Red Recana said the American Beauty actor and his attorney failed to prove this was a "close case" or demonstrate the huge damages being requested "was so utterly irrational that it amounts to an arbitrary remaking of the parties´ contracts".

MRC attorney Michael Kump said his clients were "pleased with the court's ruling".

Spacey - who has an estimated net worth of £70million - has denied the allegations against him.

The arbitrator who was reviewing the case following a November appeal by Spacey's legal team said the actor had violated his contract.

According to a filing from MRC lawyers, the said the 63-year-old failed to live up to "professional behaviour" stipulated in his contract the moment he "engaged certain conduct in connection with several crew members in each of the five seasons that he starred in and executive produced House of Cards".

The original filings from MCR, obtained by PA, detailed how Spacey was cut from the hit Netflix show following allegations he was "systematically preying upon, sexually harassing, and groping young men that he had worked with throughout his career on film, television, and theatre projects."

As a result, MRC had to fire Spacey, stop and rewrite the entire sixth season to remove his character and shorten it from 13 to eight episodes to meet looming deadlines, causing tens of millions in losses, according to court documents.

The actor starred in House Of Cards for five seasons, playing the calculating Frank Underwood, before being cut from the show after the allegations surfaced.

Spacey's attorneys lodged a counter-claim alleging the Pay It Forward actor was axed from the show's sixth season came before a probe into the sexual harassment allegations, therefore making it not part of a contract breach.

They argued his actions were not a substantial factor in the show's losses.

The ruling came after a three-year legal fight and behind-closed-doors hearing to settle the dispute, which was ultimately rejected by a panel of three private arbitrators who upheld it during a November appeal.

The fallen Hollywood star's career came crashing down in late 2017 when allegations of sexual harassment against him began to surface.

The revelations coincided with the ever-vocal and rising #MeToo movement that brought down big Hollywood names, including sex-fiend producer Harvey Weinstein.

It comes shortly after Spacey

RHONJ fans slam Teresa Giudice for using ‘so many fillers’ & claims star is unrecognizable in new photos

REAL Housewives of New Jersey fans have slammed Teresa Giudice for using so many fillers and claim the star looks unrecognizable in new photos.

Fans have previously called out the Bravo star for her overuse of plastic surgery.

Teresa, 50, and her husband Luis Ruelas, 47, shared photos of the couple's trip to Paris, France on their respective Instagrams Friday.

The RHONJ star posted two shots of herself, one showed Teresa leaning against the open window of her hotel with the Eifel Tower filling up the frame behind her.

And the second photo depicts Teresa standing on an exterior balcony, again with the Eifel Tower in the background, as she modeled a pair of knee-high Gucci boots.

Luis shared a mirror selfie of the newlyweds before adding several shots of his wife posing in Balenciaga around Paris.

Teresa's post, captioned "Oui Oui," quickly garnered attention from fans with many commenting on the TV personality's appearance.

One person wrote: "With all the plastic surgery she’s starting to look like Kim D."

Another commenter urged the reality star: "Stop doing your lips!"

A third fan commented: "agreed!!!"

Hate for Teresa's lip fillers continued as a fourth fan wrote: "The lips. Not a good look."

Another person chimed, "Less is more..." with a sixth writer stating, "I don't even recognize you."

"You think that the plastic surgery somehow increases your beauty. It doesn’t. You had beauty, natural beauty," commented one disappointed fan.

A second added, "Doesn't even look like her. Ridiculous," while a third begged, "Omg lay off the filters please."

"Every time I see Teresa she looks nothing like the Teresa I met when she was selling her hair product," chimed a final commenter.

FILTERED FOLLY

Last week, Teresa was mocked for posting an unedited selfie after she already shared an enhanced version of the same image.

The Real Housewives star is known for her high-maintenance, glamorous looks, however, the 50-year-old appeared to slip up.

She first uploaded a heavily edited selfie to her 2.3 million Instagram followers.

The snap showed her looking straight at the camera wearing a zip-up Balenciaga jacket.

She looked glammed-up while her skin tone had been smoothed out with a filter, and her lips, eyes, and eyebrows had all been enhanced.

Teresa appeared to be wearing heavy makeup and her hair was perfectly curled.

But the Bravolebrity quickly replaced the image with a new version.

The new photo revealed Teresa’s natural complexion, and she appeared to be wearing little makeup, although her hair was the same.

A side-by-side of the two photos was shared by the Instagram account bravobybetches.

FRESH-FACED

However, this isn’t the first time that fans have begged Teresa to ditch her over-the-top glam and photo filters.

Last month, the Dancing with the Stars contestant shared a rare video flaunting her make-up free face.

Fans could make out Teresa’s natural complexion and were absolutely in love with her bare-faced beauty.

The New Jersey native, who married Luis Ruelas in August, has previously been slammed for using filters on her social media snaps.

COSMETIC CONFESSION

Earlier this year, fans begged her to “stop it already” after she shared a new selfie that appeared to be heavily edited.

Fans have also ridiculed her use of botox and lip fillers as she’s shown off her plump pout on social media.

In 2018, Teresa revealed on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live that she has had both botox and “a little” bit of lip fillers.

The mom-of-four previously got her boobs done in 2008 while filming the first season of RHONJ.

Last year, she also admitted that she got a nose job from the same doctor that performed her 21-year-old daughter Gia's surgery.

Similarly, fans have begged Gia to slow down with her cosmetic procedures as she continues to flaunt her glowing looks on Instagram.

Teresa also shares three younger daughters, Gabriella, 18, Milania, 16, and Audriana, 13, with her ex Joe Giudice.
