Call it a hat trick.

A Maryland woman has won her third lottery prize of at least $100,000 in five years, a feat she attributes to strategy and luck.

The stay-at-home mom, 30, from Wicomico County won her latest prize playing a $100,000 Lucky scratch-off ticket, Maryland Lottery said Monday.

"I couldn't believe it when I saw how much I'd won," she told lottery officials, according to a release on the website.

"I immediately called my husband and said, 'We did it again.'"

When asked by lottery officials how she managed to win for a third time, she said research.

"We figure out which scratch-off games have been on sale for a long time but still have a lot of big-money prizes," she said.

The information is available on the Maryland Lottery website. The $100,000 Lucky game, for example, debuted last September and still has more than 40 top prizes available.

Still, there's an element of luck, especially when it comes to choosing where to buy the ticket. She picked a Goose Creek convenience store in Mardela Springs based on sheer intuition.

"I knew that they sold a big ticket a few weeks ago," she said. "I hoped that there was still some luck hanging around there."

As for the prize money, the lucky woman says she's putting it all in the bank for her children.

Despite her repeated wins, she's still in shock: "This is as crazy as it was the other times. It's unbelievable."

Anthony Joshua exact fight time against Oleksandr Usyk CONFIRMED… and UK fans are in for a very late night

ANTHONY JOSHUA'S rematch with Oleksandr Usyk is set to take place at 11pm UK time on August 20.

There had been much hope that the bout would take place in the UK, only for it to be taken to Saudi Arabia.

Unlike for big fights in the United States, however, British boxing fans won't quite have to stay up all night to watch it.

Event organisers predict that Joshua vs Usyk 2 will commence at around 12:54am local time.

With Saudi Arabia two hours ahead of the UK, that means that, by the time the ring walks are concluded, action should be beginning at around 11pm for British fight fans.

When Joshua and Usyk finally take to the ring, fans will have had around eight hours of action to feast their eyes on.

The undercard is set to begin at 5pm local time and 3pm in the UK.

It features much anticipated bouts including Filip Hrgovic's title eliminator against Zhang Zhilei and Callum Smith's versus Mathieu Bauderlique.

Badou Jack will also be in action against Richard Rivera.

Next week will be full of build-up to the big fight in Saudi Arabia.

Joshua and Usyk will take part in a media and public workout between 3pm and 6:30pm UK time on Tuesday.

The pre-fight press conference will then go down at midday on Wednesday at the Shangri-La Hotel.

Friday will see the ceremonial weigh-ins take place between 11am and 3pm at King Abdullah Sports City.

Before all the action commences on Saturday.

Joshua, 32, has been showing off his brutal body shots in training this week.

His bout with Usyk will be just one of a number of events for fight fans to feast their eyes upon that night.

Leon Edwards will aim to become Britain's first UFC champion since Michael Bisping when he takes on Kamaru Usman in Utah, likely at around 5am UK time.

Over in London, Michael "Venom" Page takes on Mike Perry in BKFC, with Paige VanZant also chasing her first bare knuckle win against Charisa Sigala - while the PFL semi-finals will be going down at the Copper Box.

Bisping, 43, reckons that Joshua has to beat Usyk... or it'll be the "end of the road" for the former heavyweight champion.

The Count told his YouTube channel: "If Joshua wants to continue to be one of the best, to go down in history as potentially the best British fighter we had and champion of the world, then he has to win this fight.

“One has to think, I’m not trying to be negative here, if Joshua loses this fight then it’s the end of the road."
