A 3-year-old boy from Milwaukee died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in an accident Friday.
A'Kai Stilo got hold of the gun before 4:40 a.m. that morning and was immediately rushed to Children's Wisconsin, where he was pronounced dead.
A 28-year-old woman tied to the incident has been arrested. The Milwaukee County District Attorney's office has yet to announce charges against her as of this report.

"I am disturbed by all gun deaths in Milwaukee, but when the victim is a 3-yr-old, I am horrified," Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson tweeted Friday. "There are too many guns in the hands of people who should not have them. All weapons must be locked and secured in a home."

The Milwaukee Police Department also reminded the public to keep guns locked away for safety following the shooting. The department offers free gun locks at dozens of locations.
"It’s available for free on every fire truck and paramedic unit. No questions asked," Fire Chief Aaron Lipski said.

Amber Alert Canceled: 17-Year-Old Missing Dover Girl Found, Police Say
DOVER, Del. (CBS) — An Amber Alert has been canceled in Dover after a teenager who went missing has been found safe. Police said previously they had reason to believe the teenager was in danger but in the end, she was found safe.
Dover police would not give details on where 17-year-old Taniyah Quail-Marker was found, but she went missing at about midnight Tuesday.
