Bethenny Frankel thinks Amber Heard is “the craziest woman that’s walked this planet.”
The sharp-tongued “Real Housewives of New York City” alum made the loaded statement on Thursday’s episode of her “Just B with Bethenny Frankel” podcast while weighing in on the actress’ ongoing defamation trial against ex-husband Johnny Depp.
“Johnny Depp looks like a hero only in a relationship with Amber Heard,” Frankel, 51, said, joking that the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star “is gonna be f–king anointed Gandhi and the pope” when all is said and done “because he was in a relationship with the craziest woman that’s walked this planet.”
The businesswoman and philanthropist went on, “I’m sure Queen Elizabeth is calling him being like, ‘Come here, I wanna give you a knighthood because you’re now the hero in this crazy villain story.’“Johnny Depp looks like a hero only in a relationship with Amber Heard,” Frankel said.Getty Images for Audemars Pigue
“It doesn’t make any sense. Johnny Depp plus anyone besides Amber Heard is a raving, [MDMA], cocaine, s–t-in-bed-tolerating man.
“But here, he looks …” she continued, loudly breaking out into a Mariah Carey song, “‘and then a hero comes along!’ because Amber Heard is who he’s being compared to.”
Frankel ended her rant by shouting, “Put me next to Shrek! … I’ll be co-hosting the Met [Gala] next year with Anna Wintour!”Heard is being sued by Depp over an op-ed she wrote in which she claimed to have been abused.Getty Images
Depp, 58, has been battling it out with the “Aquaman” star, 36, since April 11 over a 2018 Washington Post op-ed in which she described herself as a victim of domestic violence.
Although she did not mention the “Edward Scissorhands” star by name, he alleged the piece tarnished his reputation and career.Depp’s fans have staunchly defended him throughout the trial.Getty Images
Shocking allegations about the pair’s tumultuous marriage — which lasted from 2015 to 2017 — have been made in court, including Depp’s claims that Heard once defecated on his bed and severed his finger.
Heard, by contrast, has accused Depp of routinely beating her — many times while drunk or high — and sexually assaulting her with a liquor bottle.
Both parties have denied the claims.
Depp’s fans have staunchly defended him throughout the trial, while detractors have used Heard’s alleged borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder diagnoses to undermine her credibility.Filed under amber heard , bethenny frankel , celebrity lawsuits , court , courts , johnny depp , real housewives , real housewives of new york , trials , 5/20/22

She suffered multiple serious injuries and was hospitalized. The woman is expected to survive the train crash, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI). There were no other injuries from the accident.
"Officers cleared the suspect vehicle to determine if anyone else was in the vehicle," the Fort Lupton Police Department said in a statement. "Within a matter of seconds, the Platteville's police vehicle, which contained the female detainee, was struck by a northbound train. Fort Lupton Officers immediately summoned medical assistance and began life-sustaining measures."
The Platteville Police Department placed one of the officers involved in the near-deadly incident on paid administrative leave. The officer was not named.
