A TOT presumed dead stunned mourners by moving in her coffin at her own funeral after a horrifying hospital blunder.

The three-year-old girl was rushed to hospital after being rescued from the coffin at a church in Aurora, Philippines, on Sunday, but she tragically died the next day.

Cops said the girl, who has not been named, suddenly moved her head during the service.

Footage on social media showed the girl being removed from the wooden coffin by her parents in front of shocked mourners after they realised she was alive.

The three-year-old had been suffering from a severe fever and was brought to the clinic in the town for medical help last Friday, the Philippine Star reports.

Aurora police chief Heidil Teelan said she was pronounced dead by doctors by the hospital on the island of Mindanao at 9am on Saturday.

He said: "During that time, the attending clinic personnel and physician confirmed that the young patient had no more pulse and was clinically dead last Saturday morning about 9am."

The girl's family brought her home and prepared for her funeral service to take place the next day.

During the funeral, Teelan said a neighbour who removed the cover of the coffin to arrange her body saw her head move.

"This prompted them to check and confirmed the girl had pulse and was alive," Teelan said.

He said girl's parents immediately gave her some water and rushed her back to hospital.

Teelan said: "We really can not make confirmation on the status of the girl but based on the observation of the police personnel I deployed it appear the girl remained in a state of comatose in their house."

Doctors were unable to save the girl after she was pulled from the coffin with a pulse and she sadly died on Monday.

Dr Mary Silyne Asor-Cabahug, municipal health officer for Aurora, said she found "no signs of life".

‘I loved it’ – Ebanie Bridges hits back at UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov’s comments that ring girls are ‘useless’

EBANIE BRIDGES has hit back at Khabib Nurmagomedov’s infamous remarks about “useless” ring girls.

The 36-year-old Aussie was a former ring girl before becoming a pro boxer and winning the IBF bantamweight title.

The Blonde Bomber, who was also a school teacher, is currently preparing to defend her belt against compatriot Shannon O'Connell.

This week she appeared on Pub Talk, and she used the opportunity to blast back at Khabib’s controversial comments.

The now-retired undefeated UFC legend had claimed “ring girls are the most useless people in martial arts” last year.

But Bridges said: “Why are people who aren’t us, trying to take our jobs away from us? We love it, I loved being a ring girl. I don’t think it’s useless.

“I loved being part of the entertainment, being paid to watch those fights. You’ve got people saying it’s sexist, it’s objectifying… maybe I want to be objectified.

“Maybe I want to make money… don’t make my mind up for me. You can’t have boxing without the ring girls.”

Bridges revealed that her love for boxing developed at an early age after noticing the ring girls - and she says she had no qualms about becoming one herself.

She added: “I was a ring girl. I love combat sports, I grew up with it, so for me to be at the fights… I loved it.

“I got paid mad money, probably more than some of the fighters, to sit ringside.

“I'd be walking around in a G-string.

“They don’t do the G-strings these days but back in my heyday, that's how we used to do it.”
